Here’s your fave reviewer on Google! So me and my two friends went here for labour day breakfast and we ordered the new MAPLE BLT. We are all starving, so this cashier, she’s petite white maybe eastern European, (yes needed to include that) we are visible minority people here. Anyways we spoke english to her when we ordered, she seems very adamant in getting our order, we mentioned 4x New MAPLE sandwich bagels, and she was like, I know. Ok so we let her do it. LONG STORY SHORT,

She made a mistake, and she was like no you didnt say that, like what Maple 4x??

So we returned it and we said we will pay the difference. She was like you didnt say BLT, we were like, its says NEW MAPLE SANDWICH,

Anyhow, we were hungry and we dont want to eacalate we said make a new sandwich we’ll pay. She’s making faces and like whispering something. I got insulted. Atleast there’s (i dont really know) if he is a supervisor or manager, he said its fine we’ll make a new one.

So we thank him, now when we got the sandwiches, IT DOESNT HAVE ANY MAPLE!

So yeah, we are all hungry and didnt want to make another complaint, we ate it and call it a day.

Wise word: services and food are two different things, one could be good and one could be ok, but if the service and the food were made wrong, We have to correct it. Nicely and not aggressively:)

This store at Alexis Nihon really needs to get a proper staffing that speaks English and French and as well as understands both languages. There are only Indians working there and they don’t understand when you speak to them. This is not only 1-2 staffs but all of them unfortunately. Everytime I pass by this store they either have problems with my order or they cannot understand me. Last time I passed, I ordered 1 glacier au chocolat and 1 medium french vanilla and the girl couldn’t even understand what is glacier au chocolat, she passed bacon cookie and today I went to have 1 French Vanilla and another girl gave me an Iced Coffee. Another time I passed by, I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they gave me bacon. Thankfully I checked before eating as I’m allergy to bacon and had to throw it away. When I went to tell the staffs there, they said they cannot do anything as I already paid for it in a very rude way. This store is closest to my place of work that’s why I usually passby there regularly, but if you won’t change your staffing...

I asked if they have the new Bailey's cold brew, the girl goes "you want a coffee with the Bailey's flavor?". I say "not the regular coffee, the Bailey's flavored cold brew" She goes to check with someone and then comes back and charges me for a Bailey's cold brew. A 4$ beverage mind you, and that's for a small. I get it and it's an iced coffee with Bailey's flavor in it. I tell the girl she gave me the wrong thing, that it's missing the espresso mousse topping and it's not cold brew, it's iced coffee. She tells me "we don't sell the cold brew here". I was like why didn't you say that when I asked if you guys have the Bailey's cold brew, she just shrugged and went on to serve the next customer. I was in a rush so I left with my lame iced coffee but damn, such a bummer. Also if I'm not mistaken the cold brew is like 1$ more than iced coffee. Not to mention it seems like there was confusion with multiple orders in the 5 mins I was there. For such a busy location you'd think they'd train their employees...
