UPDATE: Nothing ever became of this complaint, no one followed up all I got was a “sorry this happened”. Bffr. To this day I still haven’t stepped foot at this location.
This location is convenient from where I work so I’ve visited often. After today I will be driving to a further location so that I can avoid this one entirely.
Most of the time my order is wrong or cold. I don’t think they keep decaf going as much as they do regular coffee but it is really gross to get a coffee that isn’t even room temperature. I cannot have dairy so I ask for a substitute and it’s a gamble if I am going to get what I asked for. I have asked for double doubles that were given to me completely black, coffees that were PURE oat milk and cold, I use to drive back to work to see my coffee order was completely wrong… just to drive back. I have ordered decaf and been given regular coffee instead. You are wasting peoples time and money, not to mention lunch hours as I’m sure a lot of your customers around that time are coming from work. This almost seems like it’s a joke for your employees because how do you mess up your classic coffee SO BADLY??
I went to this location last week, ordered my coffee and it was given to me with an ALREADY dirty lid. Obviously coffee spilled and it has gone all over this lid at some point because it was completely DRIED ON. It was definitely not leaking from my own coffee. There was also a short black hair on the lid as well. Do you guys not look at anything before you just blindly send it out???? I immediately returned the coffee to you and mentioned it literally looks like you picked this up off the dirty ground.
Today, I ordered a coffee. A decaf, DOUBLE DOUBLE made with oat milk. Instead I am given a black coffee? I also asked for a croissant but every time I come here you never have them. It is only this location that never has them. Prior to this, the coffee was overfilled and leaking so your employee just stuck it in another cup (double cup) and gave it to me, just for it to leak all over my hands and lap while I’m trying to get my car out of your drive thru. When I returned it, I actually just wanted my money back and that’s what I asked for. Instead I was told “no, I’ll remake it” and then explained my order again, just for her to repeat back to me “so just decaf 2 oat milk”… I asked for a double double but made with decaf and oat milk instead, I don’t understand what is so complex about this order?? I had to explain to her it was the exact same recipe as a NORMAL double double, just instead of regular use decaf and instead of cream please use oat milk! Honestly I just wanted the money back, I don’t ever want to eat/drink from here again. And based on reviews, I regret not going to another location sooner.
On top, this location is polluted with teenagers from the nearby Highschool. Last year I witnessed 15-20 teenagers crammed into the store all bullying an elderly woman to which not a single employee tried to intervene. I have been harassed by homeless people at this location to which employees do nothing but watch you back yourself into a corner while someone screams and threatens you. The manager, I think, she’s blonde - couldn’t care less. I find most of the employees here don’t care at all which is why you have so many bad reviews. If anything, please close...
Read moreI’ve given up! I literally live around the corner from this location and was SOOO happy when they opened a couple years ago. The location had such a terrible opening with wait times being so far past the point of ridiculous that I almost gave up back then but I kept telling myself nah. Nah man, You live right around the corner! A 2 minute walk! You have to support this location because it’s YOUR location! Flash forward to the last couple weeks. I went 6 days in a row, twice a day asking to get a steak wrap. Every single time I asked the response I would get is “we don’t have any.” When I finally asked why they never have any after 4 or 5 visits the response was “nobody buys it.” The irony of me trying to buy one 6 days in a row was lost on the workers. This morning I got up and decided to grab a muffin and ice cap. I got my muffin but was denied the ice cap because “someone turned the machine off last night and now it’s not frozen.”
So you are open for business, but you don’t have half the items on your menu? From a business standpoint I wonder how that makes financial sense? I just don’t understand if the location is just cursed or if all the employees there are mentally challenged. This location is an absolute fail true and true. Read moreI have given this place a lot of chances and tried to be very patient with the service but I’ve had enough. This place is hands down one of the worst Tim Horton’s around. I’ll be actively avoiding it and going a little further away to a different one.
The folks who work here cannot seem to get orders right. And tonight, at 8:00, all of their food service stations were down for ‘cleaning’. I wasn’t able to get anything hot, not even a sandwich. Unsurprisingly, the Tim Hortons down the road had no issues filling the order as their stations were of course functioning and ready to make orders.
The thing that bothers me most though about this location is the lack of “team environment” and how that comes across as bad service to customers. The employees are often quite rude, unhelpful, and worse still they are very disrespectful to EACH OTHER. I have never seen a group of people at an establishment be so unhelpful and mean to each other. No wonder the service is so sub bar - no one is willing to work together and the environment is so negative. I’ve also heard managers or supervisors talk super condescendingly to the staff here too. So awful.
I will not be back and I hope this place shuts down and reopens as something else or under...
