As a former Starbucks Partner, I was supremely pleased with my experience going through the drive-thru here! Not only did Sheridan great me pleasantly over the drive speaker - but they double checked my order, let me know that the topping was unavailable for my drink & then created a great guest experience at the window.
We are staying from out of town for a hockey tournament & had left early in the morning from the hotel, so my oatmeal container was on the console of my car & Sheridan (to my surprise & delight) asked if they could take it from me & throw it out.
Sheridan then, created a connection with me AND my daughter (which I know is a largely encouraged part of your job as a Starbucks Partner). We shared a conversation about the tournament and even got a little cheer about my daughter winning her 1st game this morning.

Read moreI have had very few issues with this location in the past. Today however I had more than one. My new favourite drink is the iced lavender cream oat matcha tea latte (light on the ice). When it’s not on the drive through menu for me to remember it word for word I ask for the lavender drink (light on the ice). I have never had an issue at this location or any other when I say that. The girl who took my order asked if I meant the latte to which I replied yes. I repeated to her that I wanted it light on the ice to which she replied “I got that the first time “. When I got to the window the drink that she was handing me was not what I wanted. When I told her that I wanted the one with matcha she said with attitude “I asked if you wanted the latte and you said yes”. She then walked away and came back a few minutes later with what looked like the correct drink. It was completely filled with ice (probably to spite me). Read moreI went threw drive thru around 2:30pm on December 3rd and asked for a latte with a scoop of vanilla bean steamed in the milk. I used to work at Starbucks and we were able to do it but I guess with the new machines they can no longer do it. That’s fine, but the lady on drive thru was so rude. Instead of explaining it to me she ignored my question and told me she’s been working there for a year and a half. I only learned it was because of the machine when I went to another Starbucks and asked them. I’m a very reasonable person but she did not have to treat me that way. She could have just explained it instead of giving me attitude. It’s sad to see some locations are like this so if you have extra time you should go to the thicken and nichol location. They are so pleasant. I’m disappointed with the management here and won’t be back. I know I’m just one customer and Starbucks doesn’t care but when I worked at Starbucks I always tried to be polite and nice to all the customers who came in - even the rude ones.
