Went in at 12pm to get two iced capps and donuts. First issue was that all the workers were only concerned about the drive thru, some employees made eye contact with me then went back to the drive Thur and didn’t inform anyone that I was waiting. Anyways, Donuts were fine…obviously nothing special. Second issue was that I ordered both the drinks with milk because we can’t drink cream… if you know, you know. Was given the drinks, I asked twice if they were made with milk because they looked a lot lighter in colour than usual. Long story short, I get an iced Capp everyday so I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like. Was assured that they were made correct by an employee looking at their order screen and not checking with the employee that made the drinks. I thanked them and left. I took a few sips of my drink, I’ll save the details but my body quickly notified me that it was in fact cream in the drinks. Another Tim’s near by was nice enough to remake one for me. I understand this wasn’t an extreme allergic reaction but it has seriously affected my day.
To the employees: Please just be more mindful of how you’re making someone’s order. If you’re not sure, remake it. I used to work at a Tim Hortons too, so...

Under staffed with people who aren’t trained for a customer service job. Did a mobile order, waited over 15 minutes to be told 2 items weren’t available. I was asked to pick something else, which I didn’t want and asked for them to just give me a credit on a Tim’s card. The girl who was working on cash went to speak to whoever was on the food station. He got so angry at the staff asking who took the order knowing the items weren’t available, and after explaining it was a mobile order he said to just give me another item. Tried to get a coffee on my way to work on a Friday night a few weeks ago. App said open until 11PM. Ordered on mobile at 9:52PM. Arrived just after 10PM. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, no greeting. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by some guy shouting "were closed" at me from behind the closed window. I tried to ask how do I get my money back for the mobile order, wouldn't open the window to address it (which I know he heard) and he kept shouting at me "we're closed". I tried to ask again then two additional people started shouting "we're closed" through the closed window.
