I get smoothies at this location everyday. I came in at 7:30 pm asked for what I order everyday. I noticed the lady didn't put in yogurt, I asked if she could put it in. She said no I already put it away I said what time do you close she said 9 pm and I said it's only 7:30 your cleaning up already she said do you want me to put it in and I said yes she gave me attitude and walked over to the fridge just had to take it out and take a the wrap off the top and scoop it out came back and gave me a dirty look and walked off, I am so pissed right now spent so much money at this place over the years and get treated like a garbage by your employee ridiculous. I didn't say anything because my son died last week and I didn't want to explode on this younge lady. You need to teach your staff how to deal with customers and not ne packing up to go home 1.5 hrs before close. I stumbled upon these reviews and could not ignore the review given by "Zambri". What a coincidence that I entered the store at the same time as this "gentleman". Although I did not witness the entire interaction, I walked inside the store and this man was refusing the employee's request for him to wear a mask. I left the store because he became very aggressive with the employees and made me feel uncomfortable. I did, however, witness the interaction outside the store and I was impressed to see how professional the young ladies were to continue to serve this man and accommodate him regardless of his behaviour. The 2 girls working there were very rude. Did not say hi. It’s already hard to understand through the mask, plus the plastic shield on the counter, then we talk when the blenders are on in the back. When I could not understand the girl at the cashier the girl seemed annoyed. At the end when my order was ready I asked for additional glass and the girl responded very rudely that technically they are not suppose to. She still gave the glass: but again very rude.
