Aunt Lisa's Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Windsor

Working in Windsor today... in between lessons I had to make a quick fuel stop — and by fuel, I mean ice cream 🍦 😆

Dropped by Aunt Lisa's Ice Cream Parlour and tried what I think was called the Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Crunch Ice Cream Pie (name might not be exact, but you get the idea). It was just $8, which felt like a solid deal. Could have easily been shared between 2 people but it was just me and it was melting so i took care of it all myself 🤣

I see some reviews speaking to the prices here and I would say they are competitively priced…

Overall, it was good! The fudge wasn’t too overpowering, and the brownie base was delicious. The only letdown? I was really looking forward to the peanut butter flavor, but it didn’t come through as much as I hoped. Also, a bit too much whipped cream for my liking — but that’s personal preference.

Earlier this week, I also had the Espresso Milkshake ($9) and that one was a winner! Super smooth and flavorful. Oh — and their baked chocolate chip cookies? Absolutely on point. I may or may not have had a few too many before delivering them. 😅

Definitely a great spot worth checking out if you're in the area! Lots of parking available on nearby streets. All the staff are friendly!

PS used to be Bella Roma Pizza just up from where we first lived and I remember always walking up as a kid with change getting myself pizza (where it all started ) was great to walk into a familiar place and see all the awesome upgrades they’ve made.

Extremely affordable ice cream and cookies! I could let believe the price and the selection. 30 flavours of soft serve ice cream $4 for a cone. I tried the pumpkin spice soft serve, incredible. I also tried scooped ice cream in a waffle cone for $5. Attached to the shop is a sitting area where me and my family sat and enjoyed. Kids played on the swings, and parents enjoyed the shade. This is our new favourite ice cream shop where we will be stopping every time while travelling...

Nice little spot and friendly staff, but the prices are extremely high. $6.25 for a sundae that is one small scoop of ice cream and a banana split is $9.25. I have tried both and walked away disappointed with the amount you get for the high price. My wife and I just had two sundaes and with tax it’s the better part of $15 dollars and we walked away thinking what just happened… that was the last...
