Jessy's Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

It's a decent place, their slices tend to be dry no matter what time you come in, but ordering their food is a lot better. They put enough sauce and toppings on, it's usually not a bad price for what you get either. It's generally clean there too, but I do have a few issues holding me back giving them higher than 3 stars.

I find most of their employees aren't the friendliest, they seem bored, stiff, almost annoyed if you want things clarified. This ia relevant to covid only, but they usually either have their nose exposed, or simply not wearing a mask at all, that unexcusable. Like previously mentioned, their slices are not worth it. They're 5 bucks without pop, and are always dry no matter what time it is. This one's not a big deal but their instagram is a joke, they have around 50 followers and 0 posts, haha.

Overall, if you want pretty good pizza, garlic fingers, even poutine, this place ain't bad. Don't expect the greatest customer service, although the owner is...

Girlfriend ordered wings awhile back, they were very unfercooked and she was told she would have a free order of wins. Fast forward to earlier this week and we decide to get delivery. She calls, places the order, and askes about the free wings, gives her name, and yes, they will send that replacement order. Order arrives, wings are cooked this time, to the point of being chicken jerky type things. Guess that fine line between not done and burnt to an absolute crisp is lost on them here... We each ordered donairs, one of them is still in the fridge here. I ate mine, because I was starving, worked all day and just couldn't be bothered, the meat was dry, everything was cold, and well, quite honestly, they didnt even try as far as I can see. Customer service nightmare. I was not able to hear the person that answers the delivery phone over the background noise. Delivery driver had to call me to verify my incorrect address. Then his payment machine wasn't printing receipts. The poor delivery guy was friendly but what an unprofessional business. I stopped in on another Friday to avoid the mistakes in my address and delivery issues.The pizza cooking belt was filthy, tongs to serve slices were covered in dried on sauce and the manager was yelling at a young driver in front of employees and customers. This must be a terrible place to work. I left. Don't eat here, there's better pizza and cleaner...
