A&W Canada — Restaurant in Winnipeg

On two seperate occasions, I went in the restaurant and ordered to go a mama burger (no cheese ) I have an allergy.. On both occasions I left drove away went to eat my hunger and thete was cheese. I was hungry and on my way back home out of town. The staff I thecrestaurant were not friendly nor were they efficient when dealing with me. The one who was behind the counter was standing there. I asked him if he would take my order, he said just a minute. He went in the back and the one who was working at take out window came to serve me in between serving cars. I am not impressed, it seemed like customers were a bother to them as an older man can in and they told him to wait. There wasn't any other customers in the restaurant besides the two of us. It was not very friendly. I used to enjoy A&W but the ladt two occasions have been disappointments with food I could not eat. I do not feel like I would wsnt to go back...

Person making food kept tossing things down the shoot, spilling everything, while telling the order person to just put it back into the bag even though the entire burger was all over the place. Taking the spilled extra food like onions and fries and just tossing them into the trash from people's orders instead of making new ones. Straws left all over the counter, while a little kid kept putting gross touched straws back into the dispencers. Gave us the wrong drinks. Our food was tipped over and a disaster in our takeout bag. The fact she was touching money, then picking up everyone's food and putting them back together, because the cook couldn't do it right. Obviously needed more staff. Don't really care about fast food that much but it was stressful just watching...

Went to this particular A&W for lunch today. First of all we waited for order for about 15 minutes while about 30 cars went through the drive-thru all getting your food. We finally got our food after asking twice. The only good thing was root beer which is hard to screw up. My wife had the chubby chicken Burger. Which was no more than a piece of chicken meat slapped in between two pieces of bread. The onion rings were a total disgrace. I brought them back to the desk and asked the clerk if she would eat them. She looked at them and said no. I had a buddy Burger which was also a total disaster. Strongly would recommend to stay away...
