Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I came here today,for chicken bacon Rancho wrap. They said “ We are out of grilled chicken we only have slow-cooked chicken”. I asked if they could make one of these wraps with slow-cooked chicken. They said yes. Than she turns to another girl and finds out that they do not have a slow cooked Chicken anymore. I asked what they have and what I can get. They named a couple of sandwiches, and I said I will get one with turkey and bacon smith like this. Than this girl goes somewhere, comes back in minute AND SHE IS SAYING THAT THEY DONNOT HAVE NEITHER TURKEY NEITHER BACON. I was pissed at this point, they were saying that I will have to wait 15 min for new grilled chicken. I asked last time WHAT THEY CAN MAKE NOW? They said they can do sandwich staffed with veggies…. I rejected that. Than just got timbits. FOR WHOEVER RUNS THIS PLACE MAKE SURE THAT TOU HAVE EVERYTHING, YOU ARE IN THE MALL, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY IT IS NOT CLOSING…….. I went today to get a drink, a doughnut and asked for a $20 reload onto the app. I know the lady at the till heard me about the reload because she reminded me I'd have to pay before hand, and then just didn't ring up my reload and walked away from the till. I didn't realize until after I paid that she never added the reload on, and halfway through my order she turned around to talk to one of her coworkers. And this isnt the first time in the past few months that I've been dissatisfied with their service. I've had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a bagel BELT when i was the only one there and the egg was cold. This is the only location I've ever been to that has such terrible service when it's not busy. And I was looking at some of the reviews and the Tim Hortons management only ever says "we're sorry, why don't you go fill out this survey" But you need the receipt number to do the survey and they never actually give you the receipt...

By far THE most pathetic Tim Hortons in the city. As a food health and safety worker. Seeing employees pick food up off the ground wiping hands in pants and continuing to make sandwiches is beyond deplorable. Not only do the employees have very little English literacy skills they make sure to serve their friends first without charging them causing a huge line of people who have paid for their food. Today I asked for an iced coffee and was charged for an iced Capp and given that. After repeating myself twice at the counter. After spending 10 minutes waiting for them to decide to stop chatting and giving free food away i finally got my wrong order. No one in this kiosk cares about what happens.
