TacoTime — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Arrived with enough time before they closed.. (30min), The individual in-front of me orders, the workers (Four of them) see I am next in line as we exchanged eye contact, they get the individuals order in-front of me ready for them.. one of the workers comes back to the till hands the individuals order to them and tells me they’re closed.. I asked “why?, you all clearly seen I was next in line you all gave me eye contact and everyone else in this food court is buying food.. as you can see everyone else getting food from the rest of the food courts options.” Worker responds: “No, we’re closed.” I see the Manager on duty and I proceed to ask, “hi, your worker says you are closed but I’m a paying customer and everyone else in the foodcourt is buying food, may I make a order to go please?.” The manager looks at me turns to there worker and says something in culture tongue and the two of them just walk away.. I said “that’s the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever experienced what type of customer service is that?, refusing someone’s business & money just to close 30min earlier?.. I’ll give my business & money to a business that’ll accept it & I’ll leave you a review on google to let everyone know how disrespectful and poor customer service you have.” In conclusion: Stay away from this unprofessional place, go to the store buy yourself the ingredients for tacos/burritos or whatever you order from this place.. it’s not worth giving a business your hard earned money if this is how they treat there customers. Food was ok however, when I got to the counter, there was no one in line in front of me for waiting for food the staff members in the back talking to each other. One of them might’ve been working after waiting there for a few minutes. Finally, someone came to the till but before taking my order, they checked their cell phone before saying a word to me, and then somebody else prepared the food after a few moments, but they did walk around like they were looking for something when all the ingredients are right behind the counter. The sense of urgency for a customer seem to be lacking and this was at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. It wasn’t like it was...

Usually have good service and good food but lately have been missing a part of my order or something is wrong with my order. Got all the way home and realized that my kid's quesadilla wasn't in the bag. Always ask for sour cream and last few times I've gotten ranch. I don't make reviews because I know everyone makes mistakes, especially if it's busy but it's getting ridiculous now that every time I go to Taco Time in KP something is wrong with my order. I hate being that person who stands there and checks my order but I think going forward...
