Mr. Pretzel at Kildonan Place is hands down one of my favorite spots in the mall! Every time we’re there, we make a point to stop by and grab their cinnamon sugar pretzel bites – they are absolutely amazing. Soft, warm, and coated in just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, they’re the perfect balance of sweet and satisfying. You can tell they’re always made fresh, and the consistency in quality keeps me coming back.

The staff are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Even when the mall is busy, they keep things moving smoothly and with a smile. I really appreciate the quick service and the positive atmosphere they create at the kiosk.

The distinct taste and comforting smell of Mr. Pretzels' pretzels at Kildonan Place Mall were just remarkable. Their pretzels were so fresh and delicious, a little crispy on the outside, but soft and tender inside. Once you try them, you will surely come back again and again. They offer many different flavours, but our favorite is sesame. What’s also special about Mr. Pretzels’ shop at KP, their staff are nice and friendly, especially the owner "Jo". We love stopping by Mr. Pretzel at Kildonan Place mall. This has been our go to snacks whenever we are at the mall. The pretzels are always warm, soft, and had the perfect balance of chew and flavor —especially the cinnamon sugar and the classic salted.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the store is clean and cozy. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. It’s hard not to leave with a smile (and a pretzel in each hand!).
