We ordered 4 drinks. One Taro, one young coconut, one lychee with no bubbles, and one mango with no bubbles.
It took them an hour for our buzzer to buzz, but when we went to the register that's when they told us there were no tapioca bubbles, we didn't mind we just wanted our drinks. So then we waited another 25 minutes or so, and we were getting antsy so we went up to ask where our drinks were. By this time, people before and after us have come and gone, we were tired of waiting. We then realized that not only was this taking forever, they also messed up our order (the mango had bubbles & the lychee had jelly).
My sister asked for a refund to make up for our wasted time, but the woman at the register would not give us our drinks. When we complained, she replied "it is confusing." We understand that it is confusing, but that is your business, you should know how to manage it in an organized way.
When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that they were not there. There was not even an assistant manager, a supervisor, no one to help us with the poor service with which we received.
So we left, and went to Surpreme in the maples area. We got there at 3:35 and were out by 3:46. Talk about fast, maybe you could learn...

I explained that it wasn’t my first time getting this drink and they had mixed it up with another flavour, they were adamant that they gave me the right drink just by looking at it and smelling it even though i was the one that was drinking it and know what flavour i was expecting. They had the entire staff smell the drink and tell me i was wrong and that they had given me the right drink. I told them that the flavour was not even close to what it was supposed to be as it was a completely different flavour. They offered me a new drink but told me it would be the same, i refused as i did not want the wrong flavoured drink again, and in the end we settled on a refund and i went to the Jefferson location where i was given the right drink with no problems. The service was very bad; I wanted to order the Chicken Pad Thai lunch special but because I don’t eat meat, I asked them if they were able to substitute the chicken for shrimp (even if that meant for an extra charge), to which they said no we can’t do substitutions. I understood so instead asked if they could put the chicken on the side, to which they said no. I then asked if they could just not put chicken at all, to which they again, said no. They said it wasn’t pre-made, but could not give me a reason as to why they couldn’t just leave out the meat and proceeded to tell me if I wanted a PLAIN pad Thai, I would have to pay double the price instead.
