I agree with Amber Jean and I'm completely disappointed in the service I receive from this location. Several of the staff have issues communicating effectively and the wait is often longer than it should be, even this morning - a Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m. in the middle of COVID-19 shutdown.
I ordered breakfast to eat on my way to work: large dark roast coffee with one cream (I've been given double cream too many times so I always specify ONE) and a toasted multi-grain bagel. They had no multi-grain today so my next choice was poppy seed, which came up on the electronic order screen as a sesame seed bagel. "Not right, but not a problem" I thought, as I like sesame too, and I'd already waited five minutes with a growing lineup behind me so didn't bother correcting the woman.
Several more minutes waiting to reach the pickup window and then I'm told they have no sesame bagels. Now I've waited many minutes, time is getting short for my morning commute, there's several people behind me that have also been waiting a while and my order isn't started yet. So I told them just to cancel the bagel but I'll take the coffee.
I get my coffee and drive away, frustrated and also now in a rush. Unfortunately my my annoyance didn't stop there. I went to take a sip of my coffee, thinking this would be my only breakfast this morning so I'd better appreciate it, only to discover they'd added double cream and it was barely warm!
This is not the first time they've served me coffee that could not in any way be considered hot. Either they're letting it sit around too long, have somehow lowered the brewing temperature of the coffee maker or it needs servicing/replacement to address the problem. Either way, that much-anticipated morning coffee experience turns into disappointment.
I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews and looked up this location online hoping to find a phone number for contacting the manager, but decided to add my review to the others I found here, as a way of warning people to steer clear of this location. Starting your morning, getting a coffee should be one of the best parts of your day yet some how 9/10 times I leave here upset and angry.
MANAGEMENT: I understand that the Drive-Thru is a big priority but I come in 5 out of 7 days of the week and almost every single day I stand there first in line waiting and waiting to be served while watching 3 - 5 employees tackle the drive thru completely ignoring the front of house customers. This is horrible customer service to be happening on the daily.
Coming in, getting a bagel and a coffee takes me at least 7 minutes even when there is no one in front of me and no other customers in the store. I cannot seem to wrap my head around why the customers in the store do not seem to matter at all... That's how I feel standing there waiting and waiting every morning.
I have been coming to this location since its opened and have tried to be patient and understanding with the staff. I can no longer keep quiet about this issue and feel management needs to be aware so proper training can be done and better customer service can be provided to those who take the time to come into the location and have been coming since day one. I have loads more to say about how my order is constantly wrong, & how the steeped tea never seems to be made in mornings when yet I know 3 customers who come in around the same time everyday and order the exact same order everyday yet some how the staffed still hasn't managed to make sure pot is brewed.
Leaving a bad review isn't like me and isn't something I want to do or feel good about doing but at this point it needs to be said so hopefully things can improve not just for myself but for all the other customers I see and hear complaining in line when I am there and all the employees I work with who have the exact same things to say about this location specifically.
I apologize for my lengthy not so great review and hope that with time and improvement I see from this location I will be able to change it.
