The Burger Factory — Restaurant in Winnipeg

We went to this place for takeout lastnight. The guy running the register completely messed up our order. We ordered 2 factory specials, 2 cheeseburgers, 3 orders of fries and a banquet burger. I told him that the factory specials were medium drinks and I wanted 2 small drinks. Well what we got was 4 small drinks, 3 orders of fries, a banquet burger and the 2 factory specials. It completely confused him that I wanted 2 cheeseburgers with fries. He didn't know how to punch that in. Then he repeatedly kept on telling me that I didn't want 2 additional drinks because I was getting 2 with the factory specials. I told him I said I want 2 cheeseburgers with fries and a drink for my kids. He still didn't understand. The guy behind the till didn't confirm the order before he put it through. So I'm watching the guy put the fries in with our order I kept on telling him that there should be more files than what you're giving me. He says yeah yeah they're all there. So we get home. My son and I were left without fries. The guy put on so much pickles that the juice completely destroyed the buns. All we had was mush. Next time I'm going to 5 guys. They won't be thrown off by 2 cheeseburgers and 3...

This was my first and last time coming here. The food is poor quality and way over priced. The cheese burger was awful, the patties were obviously 🙄 store bought and frozen and not freshly made, the cheese is processed and they do not even melt it on the beef patty like most burger places do and the buns were cold as they don’t warm them on the grill. All their fixings were laid out in bowls on the counter and looked like they been sitting there for hours. The poutine was gross and the fried pickles were over cooked. The older lady serving us was not very nice and seemed bitter and like she didn’t want to be there. George’s burgers and subs and Dal’s restaurant are hands down the best and put this place to shame. Do better...

Came here for the first time as we love burgers and try one at every food joint we go too. Over $18 for a burger and fries (perfectly fine price if the burger was good). The fries were great and they give you lots but the burger..... The patty was a grey color and definitely did not look like a burger patty. It was very thin and had no flavour. It had a grey gel like coating all over it and it just didnt look nor taste like a burger... Their bacon burger does not come with cheese and that kind of disappointed me because I asked the boy of there was cheese on it and he said yes. When I got the meal with no cheese I asked for some.
