This place is above and beyond 'amazing'.

I'm a man who enjoys a Whopper or two. I've been to this location before and they've always lived up to the franchise's quality and service. The Whoppers are good!

I haven't been here for a month or two, but today, they seem to have a new employee. Maybe she's a manager, but here's what she did in the 15 short minutes I stayed whilst I ate.

For me, I was trying to keep my bill under $20 so I ordered two Whoppers with a drink. Seeing the bill was $16 I decided to up my order to one Whopper meal with onion rings (A&W messed up their onion rings - BK retains control of their original recipe) and an extra Whopper. I cancelled my order and opted for the onion ring method. The nice lady offered me 2 bucks off saying "it's a shame I wasn't here on Whopper Wednesday but here's the discount anyway". Damn! Thanks!

One other family was here eating at a different table. A birthday Princess and her younger brother. Both got a free small ice cream for Princess's Birthday

Keep it up Burger King. I wish you hadn't been bought by China and I hope the merger doesn't take away some of the beautiful things that can come out of the level of service you seem to promote at...

I was driving big vehicle and was feeling super hungry long shift you know !, so i stopped my vehicle to have some food , door was closed so i went to window, she saw my uniform and that lady said for safety reason I can’t take order , i need to be in vehicle. Even after seeing 60 foot vehicle parked in front .

so guys buy vehicle if you want to eat food after 11:00 pm or stay hungry.

Did she Feel actually felt any safety concern ❌ 🤷🏿or pretending to have safety concern by look ✅ .

I mean its common courtesy , i also worked in fast food chain and never refused anyone or said stay 10 feet away from window and talk 😀.

There are good and bad days in job I understand but you can’t judge all as same . Trust and respect people .

I hope management work on this and bring some changes . If not keep loosing loyal customers then 😀

check your food before leave the store. I ordered veg whooper meal crew member KAMINI took my order after that it's handover to DILRAJ. She packed veg whooper she didn't gave fries I think it's include in meal. usually I prefer burger king which is at Taylor Avenue whenever I order same food from that location they gave me veg whooper along with fries and drink. and I know when staff will read my review they will definitely said it's just fries. But if you charge properly you should gave all the items which are include in order. if I will come and say please give me some fries to eat. you wouldn't give fries on free of cost. I also got poutine along with this order and DILRAJ didn't put fork how can eat poutine without fork may she eat poutine with her hands without fork that's why she didn't put fork in bag but I can't please give her a proper training how to deliver an order...
