We walked into the restaurant at 9:30pm. We were at a function and found this location was open until 10pm. We were going to pick up 3 burritos and a bowl to go. There was no one in the restaurant. We asked if he was still serving food and he nodded. He was on the phone. It sounded like a personal call. He was also finishing up on a Skip order. He continued on his call and did not acknowledge us at all. We waited 7 minutes and tried to get his attention. However he had no interest in ending his call. He finished his Skip order and then disappeared in the back. At that point, we decided to leave and pick up an order at Prairie Donair. As we left, he finally popped out from the back. I wanted to say something rude to him but did not. So I decided to post this instead. Yes it is a restaurant that provides food. Yes you are in the hospitality business. You need to train your staff to be more attentive to customers who decide among all the other restaurants to walk into your restaurant and walk out with a bad taste instead of your food. Read moreI come here several times monthly and pick up burritos for me and my parents. This was my worst experience, and I'm unsure if I want to return to this location. First, I walked in and wasn't acknowledged while the guy stood doing what seemed to be a skip-the-dishes order for over 5 minutes. So I waited patiently. He then takes my order and is extremely short and rude with me while putting the toppings on. I then ask for extra Chipotle, and he snaps at me and says he's on the cilantro part. He literally raised his voice at me. I had to turn around to gather myself before saying anything. Then I see a mouse running around the restaurant. I say, “Do you see this mouse?” he acts exceptionally nonchalant about the mouse running around, saying, “Yeah, we've had this going on for a bit now, but I told my manager earlier this week so that he will do something about it.” I usually love this location, but the guy who was working provided the worst service I have ever seen. I could tell he was in a bad mood right from the beginning, but I understand we all have our bad days so I didn’t think much of it. When he started working on my order it just got worse, he was slamming the lids to every ingredient and completely disregarding my portion requests. I would ask for “a little bit” and he would put double the amount of a regular serving. When I politely complaint about the amount of pickled red onions he very annoyingly removed a single piece and continued to put an unreasonable amount of every other ingredient I asked for. My burrito turned out extremely sloppy and fell apart the second I took it out of the wrapper as it wasn’t even properly closed.
