Absolutely Disgraceful Experience at Boost Juice
I went into Boost Juice today simply to order a protein shake — nothing complicated. But before placing my order, I asked politely if I could use the bathroom first. I explained that I had a bit of an urgent stomach issue and needed to go immediately. Their response? “No, you have to buy something first.”
Are you kidding me?
I wasn’t some random person walking off the street — I was a paying customer who had every intention of ordering right after. But they clearly had zero empathy, zero common sense, and absolutely no respect for basic human dignity. They stood there, refusing to unlock the bathroom, even as I told them it was an emergency.
This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s inhumane. The attitude from the staff was cold, dismissive, and robotic. They made me feel humiliated, like I was begging for something unreasonable instead of just asking to use the washroom for a very real medical need.
I walked out without ordering anything. I’ll never set foot in another Boost Juice again. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. If this is how they treat customers in distress, imagine how little they care about anything else.

And I request to use plant based protein instead of whey protein (coz i am anaphylactic allergy on whey), and i request to mark in to the drinks that I order (4 drinks i total). But when then drinks came, all the drinks weren’t marked which one is plant based. I also says on their receipts I got from Booster juice North gate Winnipeg.And when I called them to inform what happened- the staff kept on arguing with me that they can’t refund me and worse they can’t make a new drink as they only have 10 minutes left before they are closed. But the staff gave me the manager’s name who is Adam and I walked in their store, the manager would not come out of from the back, the staff kept going back and forth coming in and out to the front store to ask more questions. Read moreI visited this location with my husband on Thursday night around 8:15 pm . When we entered , two associates ( young ladies) were doing some cleaning at the front. They saw us coming in , they stopped doing whatever they were doing and walked away . They were not happy to see us . No hello , No hi . and then one girl took our order without any interaction , not even single word . We gave our order . She prepared our order , In the mean time i noticed her face expressions , she was looking so frustrated at us and the most funniest thing she left our order at the counter after calling once and walked away without saying anything .
