What a Story.

Best chicken for the price in town. Sad to say i won't go back. here is my story.

I ordered 3 x 20 pc chicken wings through door dash. I was at an appointment and i always buy my in-law's lunch to say thank you for watching my beautiful baby. To my surprise only 20 wings arrived at my door after paying $51. not 60.

I called this location and they admitted that they misread the order. It happens, we are human. They asked if i would attend their location and pick up the order they would make it right and add to the order. I agreed.

when i arrived they offered my a 5.99 addition to the order. i just paid 3.99 service fee, 4.99 delivery and then $7 for a tip for them to deliver the items. Not only am i out 16 dollars not to drive there now i have to drive there anyway!

Now misses says she does not want to lose me so she offers me the 5.99 add on to my meal. I explain that its not compensation for their mistake. i explain i'm still unhappy because i paid more than that for their mistake. the misses explains to me that i can talk to door dash for a refund. great! works for me.

Not. I asked for a refund and was refunded $28 out of the $51 i paid. THEY CALLED ME BACK! she talked like i scammed her out of that 5.99 food. Misses, i just lost $16 in deliver fees AND i had to drive there which obviously was worth at least $16 or i wouldn't have ordered through door dash! Now im out $32 (if you add my time) but im a bad person for getting $28 discount. No.

I went right back to that store. I gave this mom and daughter shop $30 cash, keep the $2 tip. If this was a big business i wouldn't have done it but i have a soft spot for local people just trying to make it.

do you know if i asked for a refund doordash would give me $28 and than i would have paid $23 for your 20 wings???? You took away time from my family which is the reason i paid the premium for doordash. Im sorry to say after a dozen orders (which i showed her) i wont ever go back to this location. im not the person that lack integrity, you are. take the money, you lost a life long customer. Best of luck...

Pros: Just something to eat for cheap

Cons: This is a place you can get a good variety of foods but all of same mediocre standards. They should specialize in something and go above and beyond in atleast that one food. Should be Chicken in my opinion, ofcourse.

Chicken is not strained properly or is probably just too oily because the packaging is always horribly moist and barely holding up.

Chicken can be undercooked and have a raw smell to it (specially thighs), but KFC is worse in that regard, atleast in Winnipeg. Both of them don’t come anywhere close to Popeye’s or Jollibee’s in consistency.

Samosas are just the worst here in the whole city. Super hard outer layer, sour taste, no spice and very dry/low quality stuffing. Potatoes are supposed to be mashed in there, you shouldn’t just put hashbrowns in samosas.

Pizza could also use improvement (specially with cheese quality) but for the price it works

Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered through door dash, opened the box of wedges and fingers you could smell the rancid oil coming from the food. Everything was completely dried out and we couldnt even stomach looking at it. It was thrown out and thankfully doordash credited us. It's embarrassing for this place to even send food like this out. I've made a complaint with the health board as well as the better buisness bureau. This place should be shut down and banned from ever selling food again. Dont waste your money,...
