Chicken Delight | Downtown (Isabel St) — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ordered their deluxe dinner. Arrived and was immediately bombarded by a homeless woman in the restaurant who got in my face asking me to buy her food before I can even ask for my order. She smelled like urine and I lost my appetite. I have nothing against the poor lady and hope she gets help but she's not going to find it in a chicken delight. Anyway I asked the front desk why they let her stay in there and they said there's nothing they can do. Yes they can. They can hire local security or call the police so they can take this lady to a warm place to sleep. When I finally gained my appetite back I then opened up my deluxe dinner to find it received the smallest chicken legs I've ever seen in my entire life. I use to go to a different location but when new people took over the food was no longer any good so I checked out isabel location have been going there for15 + years .the last 3 years it's been going down hill fries are sitting too long then they mix them with fresh fries nasty and I am sure wings from day before are mixed with fresh ones and the pizza I got the peperoni had an off taste to them the staff are always playing with their phones touch cash and go touch food not good , so I find when owner manager is there the resturant is run differently and food tastes better. I like the poutines here but the containers are usually filled about 75%. Chicken burger taste better than it looks. Staff are usually friendly and know their regulars. Didn’t care for the ribs and was disappointed with the onion rings. Today another costumer was helped at the counter first who happened to arrive after me. No biggie but had wait another 5 minutes to place my order. Then I waited 25 minutes for 2 small poutines & a burger. The dude called my order, left it at the counter & walked away.
