While the food and coffee is good...customer service and appreciation to customers who are not ordering from the drive through or door dash...a person can easily wait close to 10 mins to be able to place your order...most are polite and courteous minus a select few ...and aside from that...the washroom looks like a livestock stall... absolutely filthy, no toliet paper ..puke all over...lock the doors if this is an issue and only hand out the key to paying customers....after writing this I'm starting to think that two stars is too much
After the follow-up from my last review by the manager...things seem to have improved during the week... but again during the weekend and Louis Riel day... horror of wait times...this morning I waited in line for 12 mins...only one person waiting in front of me when I got there....took ten mins before she got served...crazy cuz I counted at least 10 staff behind the counter...three at the drive through window all trying to do a one person job...sure do a good job of making a person feel invisible...the guy taking orders had issues listening to what I ordered...I had to repeat 4 times so he didn't make my order wrong...he claims to not hear me but if you want me screaming so you can hear me...you probably won't like it...if you have 10-20 mins to spare while you wait to be served...this is your...
Read moreLike every other RBI QSR this location has a focus on the drive thru, which typically has 14 to 20 cars in line any time I look out my window at it, (I am the one with the maple leaf pride flag) so you can be guaranteed they will not have someone assigned to orders, that person needs to fold out of the attention to the drive thru to serve a walk in customer. If you order on the mobile app as I usually do, you can expect your order to not be ready when you have asked them for it to be. Delivery orders are shown on a screen you can see from most vantages but mobile app pick ups is a tiny little tablet that largely gets ignored. If you order more than a drink, and they fail to have your order ready, they expect you to go to the order pick up for walk in customers like you should know this, it is very poorly organized, so I should not have to leave the area clearly marked "MOBILE ORDER PICK UP HERE."
But don't let my objectively factual review fool you, I was once the lead US customer service agent for the worlds largest purveyor of fried chicken, and know exactly how a QSR runs and how they should work. It is Timmies after all, so even you know exactly what you are getting.

Read moreI went to this Tim June 3 11.20pm Drive through. I am not familiar with Tim Hortons menu that much. I went there to grab some drinks for my coworkers. I was not familiar with that drink and the lady who was taking my order rather than helping me, she chose to be rude and asked me to be specific where I asked her to be a little polite and help me. She raised her tone and said YOU DONT HAVE TO ARGUE WITH ME OKAY? I was not even arguing with her. When I was paying I asked for a manager to complain about her and there was no manager around. Team leader showed up where I asked the name of her so that i complain about her and she goes it’s not the policy but being rude with the customers is their policy really???? She was offering me a free drink which I didn’t want at all. All I wanted was those ladies to speak respectfully. I didn’t get their names but the team leader and the lady who took my order really really need to learn some manners. All I know is those ladies were all Punjabis and I am a Punjabi too.
