Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Been coming here for years and usually receive good costumer service and don't have any problems. This last time I was here I was sitting inside when it had appeared a customer was very unsatisfied with their experience they began to get confrontational with the employees and insisted that something the employee had claimed to be "frozen" was not actually frozen and assumed the employees were lying. She began to go behind the counter and went to go look in what I presume was the freezer. There was a boy with her who also went behind the counter but just stayed behind the till. I later figured that this had been the store owner with her son just ordering dinner or food but the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional, both the employees working and the other customers in the restaurant all looked uncomfortable...

This is a horrible location for customer service I went in this morning to buy my lunch I frequent this restaurant and location often this morning I went in and was a little indecisive at first was going to have their special which is a BLT sandwich today before she had even cut my bread I have changed my mind to having a subway melt this lady put 4 pieces of bacon in the microwave and cooked it to a crisp to the point where it was crumbled bacon and then proceeded to tell me that she was going to charge me extra for bacon because she warmed up four pieces of bacon for the BLT sandwich and the melt only takes 2 pieces nite remember my bacon is in several pieces now because of how crispy it was cooked. She made no effort to make sure I as the customer was satisfied! Small drop in a big pond but won't be returning to...

Personally, I Hate Subway. I believe it started when I first time tried it and they messed up my simple sandwich with pickles. So I haven't been there for years. And one day I decided to try again. I got my order. Went to my car, which was parked right in front of the store to eat it. I was eating and staring at Subway, as it was in front of my eyes. It was closing time. One employee was cleaning. He was mopping the floor. Slowly moving between tables through the whole shop. When he finished with the floor he used the same mop for... TABLES. Yes! He cleaned tables. With a mop. That he just cleaned floor with........... Idk, maybe some other locations are doing a great job, but I won't trust subway to prepare something for...
