My fiancé and I ordered the 3x3-topping pizzas for a small visit with his parents last night from the mcphillips dominos location. We noticed very quickly that one of the pizzas was missing a topping (fiancé ordered beef crumble, sausage and pepperoni and there was no beef crumble which was evident in the taste as sausage has an Italian seasoning flavour in it whereas beef crumble does not, we all checked for beef crumble and nada). This would have been fine and simple to correct, mistakes happen so fiancé called the store to let them know what happened and we thought we would just exchange the pizza or something as is typical when mistakes are made in the food industry. Instead, the employee on the phone named Viny argued with my fiancé saying that he made the pizzas and that he put beef crumble on the pizzas and that the beef crumble and sausage look the same but taste different. This upset my fiancé because he felt like the employee was treating him like he was stupid, and despite explaining that it all tasted like Italian sausage, the employee kept arguing until my fiancé demanded to speak to the manager which he had to repeat 3 times before being placed on hold and having to call back because the line disconnected. Once he got a hold of the Manager, her name was Kamal, she also argued with him and repeated that the two meats look the same but taste different and refused to do anything about it. Finally my fiancé just had enough and is planning to report to customer service today because it was just a ridiculous situation that shouldn’t have happened. We understand mistakes happen but businesses shouldn’t challenge a persons intelligence out of pride. It’s not like we didn’t try the pizza. While he was on the phone, me and our family tried a piece and it was just Italian sausage. We paid for 3 toppings and got 2. We simply wanted to have the mistake corrected and were refused and treated like we were stupid. We have been frequent customers of dominos in Winnipeg, it’s one of our favourite places, but the employees from last night at the mcphillips location just ruined our night totally...
Read moreThe late night service is absolutely horrible. I called before 12am to see what kind of deals they had because they app was not working.
The lady that answered had an immediate attitude right from the time she answered, she seemed annoyed that I even called. When I asked about the deals she told me "we don't have any" I said thats surprising because I order from them regularly (different location) and they always have always one deal.
She ignored what I said and asked for my address, I gave her my information and she told me within seconds that I needed to call anorher location.. this location is 10 minutes away from me and the location they referred me to was about 20 minutes away.
In the end it's clear that whoever owns this branch does not care about who they hire. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it has ended today because of the overpriced items and more importantly the extremely unprofessional staff. I hope someone...

Took over 45 minutes yet the ap said it was delivered, called the sTore and they were too busy stuffing their faces and talking to listen to the problem. Told me it would be an ADDITIONAl 15 minutes and when I said forget it cancel the order all of a sudden it was only going to take 2 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later their driver showed up. I refused the pizza and sent him away. This location has got to be THE WORST location in thw city. I've never had so many issued ordering a sinple pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. The last time I ordered they sent a pizza that looked like it had been tossed down a staircase and had ingredients I specifically told them I was allergic to all over it. I've never had a problem with Dominos until I ordered from this place. never again and I am contacting corporate so they know what a clown shop...
