Mistakes happen and how a business handles them says a lot about how they value a customer. To be fair I've ordered dozens of pizzas from them with relatively little problem. But today a mistake was made and it was handled very poorly. When I arrived for pick up, I paid and waited for them to hand me my order. The screen indicated my order was ready. But I can hear the employees talking to each other saying part of my order was missed. It wasn't until after standing there for 5 min did I confront them about my order. To which the guy up front informed me that they were just waiting for the last of my order. Ok, so I wait. I wait for 15 mins in full view. I finally confront them about my order and they tell me they missed my order of boneless wings and that I can either get a refund for them or store credit. I said wait, you knew part of my order was missed and NOBODY made sure it was getting made?! You had me stand there waiting for food that wasn't even getting made! All they had to offer me was an indifferent stare and a "sooo, I can refund you for the wings". I tell them to just give me the rest of my order and refund the wings. The manager comes and authorizes the refund. I confront the manager about what happened and instead of being apologetic he seemed annoyed, gesturing "what you want me to do about it?" He eventually refunds me for 1 of the 3 pizzas I ordered. Hands me the money and turns away from me. No apology. He clearly couldn't careless about my time, which means he clearly couldn't careless about my money. Plenty of other pizza places around, same price range, same quality. That I'm sure would happily take my money.

Read moreOrdered 2 medium pizzas (one of them with extra sauce) and ironically, both had minimal pizza sauce and seemed dry. Pizzas were cut poorly. I recut them when I got home as I ordered pickup. Also, order hand tossed thin and they were both regular thickness and dry as a result. Pizza boxes didn't have the sticker on the openings which isn't the worst but to me shows a lack of adherence to company policy and procedure. And lastly, the rewards app/website sent me over the edge this past weekend! Tried to reset my password and when the reset link was sent and I updated said password, I get a popup saying there is no profile matching in our records. Well, I blocked Domino's corporate emails that I get and I am done with this location and lacklustre pizza!! I mostly ordered for the pricing and location purposes but I have reached my breaking point with these repeated failures and the poor customer service from aloof employees who are allergic to smiling it seems.
Edit and no Domino's, I don't want your corporate bot to reply to my review. If anything, an automated reply, based on my anger with your website/app only annoys me more!!! Maybe have an actual human look up my account and you will actually see what employee was working at that time. Actually show that you care as a franchisee instead of this...
Read moreI have been a loyal Dominos customer since 1984. That's not a typo, I said 1984. I am officially done with Dominos pizza for good and let me tell you why. On Friday October 20th, 2023 I had tried to call my order in. It was around 5:45PM. The young kid that answered the phone said something super quick and instantly put me on hold. I sat on hold like a total dummy for 25 minutes until I finally hung up. I called back in about 5 minutes and the same kid did the exact same thing. This has been happening every second time we order, for about the last year. I know this old fast food trick. Put the phone customers on hold to block the phone lines so the staff can service the online and skip orders. This is the oldest trick in the book and the most obvious one. There is no need to tell me to call a certain number so the store owner can "investigate" Im no longer interested in eating Dominos pizza. I am so irritated by this type of behavior that I cant be bought back with some $5 coupon or whatever the store would try...
