I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived to place an order, there was an employee behind the counter who was completely engrossed in his phone. I waited a little while, assuming he might not have noticed me, but even after seeing me, he continued scrolling through reels. Instead of assisting me, he called another employee and told her there was a customer waiting. She responded that she was busy making a pizza and asked him to take my order, but he ignored her and continued using his phone—standing just a meter away from the counter.
I want to highlight that while both employees were of the same background, the difference in their work ethic was clear. The female employee was hardworking and professional—she stopped in the middle of making a pizza to assist me, even though it wasn’t her responsibility at that moment. Meanwhile, the male employee came across as lazy and dismissive toward both the customer and his colleague.

Read moreOrdered from the Meadowood location. I gave my info at the door and was told the pizzas would be a few more minutes, then 10 minutes later I asked again. Turned out they had been sitting who knows for how long because the owner was too busy chatting with the delivery drivers to focus on running the restaurant. When we opened them they were some one else's pizzas. I called the order line and they wanted me to bring them back, no credits offered. I told them the mix up ruined our meal and I did not want to pay and also wanted new pizzas delivered. No dice. After a series of calls to the order line and at least 20 minutes on the phone we agreed that I would return them for a refund. They would not agree to pick them up or provide credit which is the least of what they should have done in this case. No apology from the owner when I returned the wrong pizzas as he was again much too busy chatting. Should those drivers even be allowed in the kitchen? Read moreLast Friday I ordered for pick up. The girl on the phone was good. When I arrived there was about 6 male employees standing everywhere, including in the way of customers. I was being looked at as if they were wondering why I was there. The two female employees were working hard in the back and were professional. My order was late, I paid and waited longer. Once it was ready a male employee trid to charge me again. Another male employee in the back who was cutting the pizzas looked terrible, filthy and unprofessional. He was scratching his nose then handling food right after. At one point he rubbed his entire face, eyes and nose then immediately starting touching food. The floor area around the pizza oven looked disgusting. This location has gone down hill and I now refuse to order from here now. Buyer beware! No need for a response here either.
