My online profile says to call when delivery arrives. Which is fine because the man did call 2 times & one time from the actual store location. It was my fault for accidentally having my phone on silent, but the man should of knocked at the door before he left as I was in the next room waiting. I called the store once I realized my delivery was missed, the store attendant was not happy and told me I’d wait another 40 mins before they come back. This is fine because it was my fault. BUT once my order arrived (2 different large pizzas, 10 wings, cinnamon bread, and a 2L) the 2L ice tea was a 7-up. (I was willing to ignore the drink being wrong because I felt bad for the guy coming back) BUT one of my large pizzas (regular crust, regular pizza sauce, mushroom, and extra cheese) was a very flat and under cooked ALFREDO sauce pizza.
The attendant fought with me about how I was wrong and it was my fault for ordering a Alfredo sauce pizza when I don’t like Alfredo. And lied saying my online order clearly said Alfredo sauce when it does not. As well as he said they called me 6 times which was not true at all. I have the online receipt in front of my face right now. I’ve been a dedicated customer to dominos for over a year now, and regularly have wrong orders I’m thinking nows the time to be an old lady.. leave a bad review and move on. Read moreI've been going to this Dominos for almost 4 years and have never had an issue, had excellent experiences and would have continued ordering from this location. My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza yesterday at around 5:21 pm from the website. We arrive and the screen where the orders appear said ours was done in a minute. One of the employees asked if we would like to pay before since our pizza was coming right up. Of course we did and continued to wait. Many other customers received their pizza as we waited. Almost 20 minutes had elapsed before another employee said that they had forgot to put it in. I had to ask for my money back since I was very unimpressed. All they offered was half ed apology and said we could have the pizza for free, provided we wait an additional 20 minutes for it to cook. I commented that it was "ing pathetic" and one of the employees, named Jordan, commented that he "didn't need to ***ing put up with this". The manager was called and didn't even care that they had made a mistake, holding one of the finished pizzas at an angle, as if to say "here it is. still want it?". I had gift certificates for free pizzas and she didn't know how to handle them so I was put on hold again. Twice people came on the call to take my order. A third person confirmed that the driver was on the way, but still no one had come back to talk about the gift certificates. When I hung up the phone, the total length of the call was 17 minutes, most of that time I was on hold. The driver arrived, had been on the job 2 days and was very good. He knew nothing about the gift certificates but took them to sort it out at the store and only charged me for the delivery.
