Terrible Customer Service!!! I placed an order about an hour ago. On the Dominos app, the pizza tracker let me know that the driver had left the store over 30 minutes ago. Understandable, but I decided to call the store because I live 5 minutes away from the branch. While on the phone, I couldn't even get 3 words out each time I tried to speak before the employee would interrupt me and dismiss my concerns.
Delivery time aside, I live in a new development and both Google maps and Apple maps have my address attached to the wrong building. This isn't the driver's fault, so I always try to leave notes for them before hand so there aren't any difficulties. Knowing my past experience with food deliveries, I tried to inform the employee that this might be the reason the driver is having issues, and guess what? I was DISMISSED.
Lastly, While on the call, I pulled up my email receipt and realized that I had miss entered my unit number on the app (Think instead of 101 I entered 102). I tried to inform the employee to let the driver know, but again, I was dismissed.
All of this in less than a minute! I get that your busy, but I am calling to help you correct mistakes on MY end! The least you can do is pay attention so you're not wasting my time, and your driver's time.
UPDATE: I called them, and guess what? My order way delivered to the wrong address! I called them back, and the employee was a lot more attentive this time (same employee). He offered to replace my order. But still! I took every step available to me to ensure that my order was sent to the correct place, yet I was ignored till it was too late! THIS WAS SUCH AN AVOIDABLE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED!
UPDATE 2: I've finally received my order (over 2 hours after it was originally placed), and guess what the issue was? Guess?
They delivered the pizza to my neighbor's house even though I told the employee on the call about the unit number mistake!
Thank you for finally getting me my pizza, but I am never ordering from this Dominos...
Read moreI ordered very late around 1:50 am Saturday. A 14" Meatzza. I was hesistating to order because it was pretty late and they close in an hour. I dont usually order this late because I know the ingridients will not be fresh. So anyways I placed my order and picked it up after 10 minutes. Everything looked good. I ate some and went to bed.
Saturday morning I woke up feeling a little sick. I was nauseaus, weak, a slight fever and a headache. I had to go to toilet 5 times. All day my stomach was churning and kept having the urge to go to the toilet. I knew something wasnt right. I didnt eat anything else prior to the pizza that I ordered on that Saturday early morning.
It's now Sunday and my stomach is still bad. I have been to the washroom 4 times now. I had food poisoning before and the symptoms are very similar. They must have used ingridients that are no longer fresh or gone bad when I ordered since it was 2 am. They close at 3 am. I always order from this place but that's going to be the last time I will order from this branch. Weekend wasted because of bad pizza. Really...
Read moreI ordered pizza and wings online for pick up. The order wasn’t ready. The front counter guy told more than once that my order is in the oven and it coming out shortly. 15 mins of waiting and the guy tells me they forgot to put my wings order in the oven. I have paid already when I arrived to pick up the order, so I asked them to refund them my money. I had to wait longer to get my money back on visa. Honestly I won’t be dealing with location again. Same time I walked another customer complained about the received a wrong order. Will its nice that your will to remake the pizza for the customer but no one is willing to wait longer than they should have. To me this poor management! To the store manager, you need to Train your new employee properly before you assign them the front desk or other duties. The front guy seemed he was confused and didn’t know what the hell was going on. Giving me a free pizza or other things wont change my review of your...
