I recently visited Edo Japan for the first time at approximately 11:57. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a staff member. As it was my first time ordering at the establishment, I requested a moment to review the menu. The staff member appeared visibly irritated and left after a brief pause. A few minutes later, the same staff member returned and inquired about my order. I apologized for the delay and explained that I was still undecided. The staff member seemed increasingly impatient, so I quickly selected the sizzling shrimp bento box. I also inquired about substituting the fountain drink included in the bento box with a taro bubble tea. The staff member did not respond verbally but proceeded to input my order into the system. After completing the payment, the staff member informed me that the combo came with a drink and I was charged for the fountain drink. I clarified that I did not want the fountain drink and only desired the bubble tea. The staff member gave me a disapproving look and walked away without taking any action. It took over 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. When the staff member was packing my order, they neglected to include cutlery and instead directed me to retrieve it from the drink station, despite having cutlery readily available on the packing table.
