Nuburger — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I used to regular at the original Unburger location so when they opened up a new location closer to home, I had to give it a try. Now that I have been here a couple of times I can honestly say I enjoy this one way more than the original.

This location has the same menu that the original location has. My go-to food at almost every restaurant is a burger so this place is great for a person like me. There is something for every taste on this menu and they use quality ingredients to make it that much better. On my latest visit, I ordered the Deliciousmosttastiest Bacon Cheddar burger. The Bacon was crispy and tasty and then it was topped with Bothwell Cheddar. Enough said. Very delicious. Burgers here are always juicy and flavorful. On top of the food, they also have the new Coke dispensers that allow you to make your own flavor mix. I really enjoy using these as someone who does not drink carbonated beverages. It gives me a different option besides water or regular Iced Tea.

The atmosphere here is really nice as well. The open concept allows you to check everything out but it is not so loud that you cannot talk to the person next to you. It is a nice location. It also does not have the pretentious "foody only" feel that I and a few other people on this site have noticed at the original location. Just a good place to go and have a good burger.

The staff here is also very helpful. They have been able to help with any questions I have had about their menu and the vast array of toppings and extras they have. Because of the open concept of the dining area, they are always available on the floor and are very helpful.

I have been to Nuburger 3 time before at Kenaston location and Stradbrook location. I think the food is tasty and fresh. I want to recommend the store to my friends. But I recommend my friends to eat Nuburger on this Tuesday afternoon around 4-5pm. At this time, the restaurant is total not busy. My girlfriend ordered Shang-awesome add extra well done egg with traditional bread. I order the golden boy add extra bacon with grain bread. Before I pay, I check the order on the cashier’s screen. When our food come up, my girlfriend’s find the egg is not well done, is sunny-side up. I called to fix it. Then the second time I found our burger breads were be exchange, is not right thing. I called again. When my food is half eaten, I find they didn’t give me the extra bacon. So I called the third time. The one order was made 3 times wrong, which is incredible. My other friend’s order is okay, but the fries are uneven salted. I chose to eat-in because I want to enjoy the good experience at the store. But this time, the experience is terrible. My friends told me do not bring him to this restaurant next time. I want to ask the manager to imagine my feelings at that moment? Right now, I dare not recommend the Nuburger...

Amazing burger every time! Had the tropical thunder, the north flag and lil burger and they were outstanding, tasted great and everything tasted fresh. Also special note to be made about the staff working the shift of October 13, 2023. They were like a well oiled machine, quick, efficient and friendly. I got to observe while waiting for food, how they were working wonderfully with the other customer and also took extra time to listen to the customers and take extra steps to ensure everything is great.

We had a bit of a confusion about the little burger where I thought to myself I ordered my picky toddler a cheeseburger- I am quite certain I ended up misspeaking when ordering, and our toddler was thumbing his nose at the chicken burger we got- they were sooooo understanding and offered to redo it, and then went out of the way to ensure it put together the way the little monster would eat it.
