Tried this place back in August 2022 and it was my first time also trying their fresh mango with aloe jelly (size medium).
It was nice and refreshing paired with our meals.
I am not sure about the aloe jelly mixed in there, I first experienced a nice sweet taste then a hint of sour? Other than that mangoes are still my favourite, anything mango as long as theyāre sweet or taste good.
For the first time experience I gave 5/5 rating. It was roughly 8$+ tax. Not bad, but other places are cheaper.
The second experience (September 2022), I went with my friend and she got their milk tea with pearls. (Something along those lines, I canāt recall which exact one).
As it was near the end of closing the outlet (730ish?) our experience was not the best?
For this second time order, I got the small mango slush. It kinda tasted like old sour mangos so I did not enjoy and it was $7.56 or around that price wise. My friend who ordered her milk tea with pearls did not like how the pearls were too clumped together, drank half and ended up throwing it out :/
When my friend ordered first they turned their back to make her order (and didnāt come back to the til) but I was still in line⦠along with a few others behind me. There were 3-4 others working too (again this was near or 20 or so minutes before closing time) so it seemed like they assumed only my friend was ordering when I was right at the front of the til and then a couple minutes later the girl asked āare you ordering?ā And I said yes.
The workers also gave a smaller straw (thin kind) not the actual (bubble tea straws) and I found that odd, but due to costs of things rising, I guess I understand in that perspective.
Other than this second timeās negative experience, it will be debatable if we come back again or not and try something different and hope our experience will be better. Therefore 4/5...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 3 bubble teas from them, which we have done many times. On my way home I was chewing on a tapioca pearl. I felt something crack in my tooth, and found a piece of metal in the tapioca pearls. I reached out to the manager and owner, sending them pictures of the metal piece found and the damage to my crowned tooth. Initially the manager, Francesca, engaged in conversations, assuring me that they are connecting with the owner, Talal Samadi, and will get back to me. Apparently they were connecting with their insurance, and were working on finding a solution. The manager stopped responding after a couple of text conversations and I have never heard from the owner. I left messages, sent emails and he is just avoiding me. Shame on you! As long as you make money off of consumers, right? How about taking some responsibility for the damages created by your product? I have shared my story with all my friends and family. Buyer be ware, don't take a chance, they are not a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was the worst experience ever! I ordered a mango bubble tea with half and half of mango and Pineapple popping boba. First they said they didnāt have the pineapple popping boba which was fine but instead of the mango popping boba I got the aloe jelly mango boba. I didnāt know that it was jelly until I took two sips. After I realized I went back to the shop and told them of what happened they said they will change it. After they changed the drink half of the boba was literally dumped. Two sips does not equal half of a large mango boba. They said they dumped it because I drank some of it. But logically if you think about it how was I supposed to know that what they put inside of the drink it couldāve been anything and I wouldāve not known. Customer service was so bad and never even said sorry for the inconvenience. Not coming again. If anyone wants some bubble tea never recommended to go here because it was really bad. This location was the Outlet Collections Winnipeg Mall. Very huge...
