Jimmy The Greek — Restaurant in Winnipeg

My wife and son love Jimmy the Greek franchise, so as soon as we spotted one at seasons tuxedo mall food court they rushed to order lunch. They accidently stood in the wrong line. One of the workers began taking their order, then, midway through, he stopped and told them they needed to go to the back. of the line. Half of their food was ready, and it would get cold as they waited in line. The man was aggressive, rude and stubborn and eventually they left. That’s when I was tagged in. I came back to try to re-order but was confronted by the man, he was middle eastern looking, 30-40 year old. He acted hostile and aggressive, so I asked for his name. He refused and threatened to call mall security. Long story short my day was ruined and my family never got their roast chicken and lamb, which would have been cold by the time they got to it anyway. It’s unfortunate, we do love Greek food, but after this episode we would never buy anything from this location and maybe from any other...

Went to the outlet mall winnipeg for lunch. Ordered two pitas one chicken and one gyros. Pretty sure the pitas got smaller and the price higher. First they had no brown pitas, I had to get white, I had 1 piece of meat on the gyros pita and when I tried to un wrap the top to eat it it just all fell apart, not to mention 1/2 was sticking out of the foil to begin with. I tried to re wrap the pita and it was useless! Went and bought something else. My wife’s chicken was okay but totally fell apart, had to eat with a fork… it’s a wrap! For the price I should at least be able to see some meat! When I went to enquire about a refund the girl just said I’m sorry. Not great customer service and I will never go there again, considering this location used to be so good!

Not a happy customer and will...

I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter. I had asked for extra cucumber and tomato on my salad, and notified I would happily pay for the extra, and I got one extra slice of each. I asked again, and again, only one extra slice at a time. I then asked for no hot sauce, but lots of tzatziki, and I got a very small amount in the corner (when I had asked for extra).

I thought maybe they just didn't understand what I was asking and let it slide. Food was alright. Then while eating, I pulled a large black hair out of my mouth (my hair is light blonde/ginger). And at that point I lost my appetite. I will...
