Finally a restaurant that serves aboriginal foods . The owner is a very professional, friendly and who is a positive role model of hard work and who can relate to the First Nation costumers. All nations are welcome and treated like family . The atmosphere is so calm and feels like walking into your own home and the chef is very respectful and knows proper etiquette and food safety. Very clean and sanitization is key to the staff . The owner bakes all the tasty bannock for the meals and fried bread for the tacos . I highly recommend hurbos restaurant. I am a very picky person when it comes to deciding where to eat and feel comfortable and I have to give Hurbos my recommendation 100%. I am from a First Nation community which is 2 hours away and will always spend my money where I know I would get a good meal. I will always support aboriginal owned businesses who work hard to successfully make their mark in...

As it was her first visit she did not know they had a preferred entry door but after she arrived at the counter she was loudly berated for her door choice. I understand we are all adjusting to life post pandemic restrictions but this is DEFINITELY not the way to bring in new customers. I hope the staff here learns how to be less confrontational in the days to come. I personally would not recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy...

The soup and bannock reminded me of home. Miigwetch to a lovely Kwe for such...
