My daughter made a reservation for her boyfriend's birthday for Friday January 25th. She talked to them again the next day and they didn't even have a reservation down so she had to remake it. We went to the dinner and everything was great we thought at first but the service was absolutely horrible. Trying to get a drink and waiting forever for it then trying to get another one asked for water five different times. Ordered appetizers and my wings didn't even come out until my meal was almost done. I ordered the steak dinner that was supposed to be 8 oz but there's no way that was 8 oz. I literally had a small spoonful of mashed potatoes on my plate and a spoonful of veggies and a small steak. There is no way that is worth the money that they charge for it. The waitress spilled one of the alcoholic beverages in my son-in-law's plate and salad and didn't do anything about it so he was left with either eating it or going hungry. It was next to impossible to order another drink and then you waited forever for a drink and it was not busy in there. Mostly full of regulars that were less than desirable when they are yelling all over the place and drunk and hanging all over us and we don't even know them. Had my 50th birthday party their last February and a lot of the same complaints. Trouble with the reservation, food was less than subpar. Service was horrible. I literally had two drinks on my 50th birthday because I couldn't get the waitress to bring one. Waited forever for everything at that time as well. Just extremely unfortunate when they bring my son-in-law's cake and then say they have to charge for the plates they brought to eat the cake on if you don't bring your own and the girl said that's why we ask you to bring your own and I said but when did you ask that? My daughter spoke with them twice and not at any point did they say bring your own stuff or there is a charge. Have a break down: Group: 9 people Time: Wednesday at 7pm
Food quality: Good! We had wings, some appys, pizza, drinks, everything tasted fine!
Price: besides paying $9 to get 6 mozza sticks (ON THEIR LATE NIGHT DISCOUNT), prices seemed fine.
Pool: One pool table. The guys using it were rude and wanted to fight our group for the pool table, servers there just didn't really seem to care? But whatever, it would have been cheap had we not been blocked.
Service: We were there for 3 hours. First hour of service was really good. Everything after that was not. We had to flag down the waitress a couple times for both food and drink. A couple in our group left an hour early and that's when we saw the true death of our service for the night. Another couple wanted to leave shortly after the first, and they waited around for 30 minutes and finally had to get up to find the server to pay. She was on her phone behind the bar. And sure, if there's downtime, but maybe check your tables too?
Closing tab: There was an automatic gratuity. No one told me when I made the reservation, no one told us when we sat down, it's just on the bill. It was 18% (server tried to tell us all tables over 8 get an automatic 15% gratuity, but obviously didn't do the math before printing those out.)
Overall: Good food, poor service. HOWEVER, I will never order food from here because their online presence is just really unprofessional. If you read through their responses, it sounds like an angry teenager wrote them, and that's just not the kind of thing I want to support.

And 14 minutes total is not long enough to fully cook chicken, have you gotten your food and safety handling? Unfortunately I now have food poisoning due to them being undercooked which is very uncomfortable and concerning for me especially being pregnant so I will be looking into this situation further. If this was a child that had gotten food poisoning you would be in big trouble.
