Avoid this location at all costs. I called and asked if they could hold onto one of the hot and ready pizzas for me. We did not want a fresh one, and Iām on a time crunch I needed to grab when I go. I was exactly 7 minutes away. They said yes that was fine. I now went in, I was told they had just put them in and it was going to be a bit of a wait. I had already paid at this point. I said I can only wait a few minutes and then I have to go. The guy working said that it would only be a few moments, that theyāre coming out. I know I waited six minutes, and I said I need a refund I have to go. He denied giving me a refund at first. He said I cannot give you a refund. That I just needed to wait for the pizza. I said no. I have to go. He still refused. I demanded to get a receipt so I can come back and deal with it after. He refused to give me a receipt, refused to give me my money back, and told me my only option was to wait longer for the pizza. I told him that was not an option. On my receipt so I can contact corporate office or my money back. He still continue to fight with me. Thatās when I finally just said no problem Iāll leave and Iāll just contact corporate office. All of a sudden he decided to give me my receipt. And started making comments that youāre not special. Iām not giving you special treatment by giving you a refund. And told me that other people are here waiting. I said thatās great that other people are here waiting, but I also told him that I called, was told that a pizza is ready, and that they were able to reserve one for me because they were putting other ones in and then I was only a few minutes away. I told him if you guys could enough stuff to the commitment no problem. But youāre also legally not allowed to deny me a receipt, or a refund. He was extremely rude. I do not eat meat so I did not want pepperoni just a cheese stuffed crust pizza, the cashier told me that it would be $13.00 not $9.00 I said it is the same prize and she said her manager told her that they have to punch it in as $13.00 so I left without purchasing the pizza, I instead went to Little Caesars at 119 VERMILLION (good service there I understand they have different owners) they sold it to me for $9.00 as advertised!!!. I had to drive awhile to get to the next location so I am very mad about this. I don't know why the store manager has the employees punch the price in as $13 it does not make sense to me they could have just punched it in as a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. I hate this location I will never go back, they need a new store manager if they are teaching employees to charge customers the wrong price! Don't go to this location bad...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a regular customer usually order Cheeze Pizza, today i came to pick up our order, with my 3 kids after the Cashier Amanpreet D (my first time to she her not sure if shes new staff) told me the total, my kids want to add Crazy treats so i told her, she looks she wasn't happy to get started ring the order again, She even raise the tone of her voice to say 'that's all' when i did not answer right away , as I was thinking to add softdrinks but since shes already not happy , I just say that'all, once I paid i ask receipt, again the tone of voice saying 'WAIT' is very unhappy and not friendly, her face also looks unhappy, I understand working in this kind of industry can be overwhelming, but her attitude needs to change otherwise you might lose customer but overall the staff served me before was friendly and accommodating that's why I love...
