Have to give this place a bad review. Placed an order online for pickup at this location, received an email confirmation saying my order was received and a time to pick it up. Get to the store at the specified time and it's closed. Locked door, no lights or equipment on, no sign of activity at all. How was my order even received if there wasn't anyone to confirm the order? Honestly, that's the last time I'll be ordering anything from any Little Caesars in general, not just this location. Now I have to go through the whole stupid process with the faceless corporate customer service reps to get my money back. There's no recompense for the time and gas I used to go there and not get my order either. Save your money, find a local place to get pizza from and support them instead of this company.

Read moreOrdered online on THEIR website, with no knowledge that they use third-party delivery and no clear indication they use such during the ordering process that I saw. The large pizza I ordered came all crushed to one side, when phoning them to let them know, they refused all responsibility and only said they would comp me a medium pizza out of the goodness of their hearts. Seriously?! It IS your responsibility because instead of hiring proper drivers you use these crappy third-party delivery drivers. Lost a customer, I hope to anyone who thinks of ordering delivery from Little Caesars thinks twice and goes somewhere else. The pepperoni pizza too was poorly made. I have been patronizing this location for over 5yrs. I called immediately ( February 18th ) to complain.
