McDonald's — Restaurant in Winnipeg

New edit* their app never works. Had everything ready and paid for on mobile app and then when I got to the window the app said "one or more items isn't available". The item that apparently wasn't available was their 1$ ice coffee coupon. WHAT? you mean the coupon that's available all summer for infinite uses? How the hell could you design shut a crappy app? So they wanted me to pay again at the window. Trying to double charge me. Greedy McDonald's. This is your crap app and your screw up.

Edit* If I could give this location -5 stars I would. Get used to hearing this: "We are waiting on your burger, fries and drink.. please pull ahead and wait". This location seems to never have their "product" ready. Defeating the purpose of "fast" food. I will literally order 1 Cheeseburger and they will tell me there is a wait...

New Update: used the "convenient" mobile pick up for drive thru. When I pulled up they said I had to come INSIDE to pick up the order I ALREADY PAID FOR?! Just hand me the order through the window? So what did they do? PULL AHEAD AND WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. When she came to bring it to me they forgot...

me and my boyfriend ordered some food for us and friends including 2 of the minecraft meals. so we paid and got the bags of food and didn’t get any of the special edition toys and didn’t get the 10 nuggets we got with one of the meals. so we first went to talk to them about not getting the toys and the manager said we can’t get any toys because we didn’t get the meal, even though we clearly ordered the special edition minecraft meals. so that was whatever not that big a deal. then we got further when i noticed i didn’t receive my nuggets so had to go back again and said we didn’t receive any nuggets for our meals. the manager didn’t believe us and thought we were lying, was refusing to give us our food and getting more aggravated. he finally got us the nuggets and gave my friend the middle finger while leaving and called us other slurs and swears. that manager dude is definitely not qualified to be a food service manager as someone who has previously worked in food service for multiple years. really really bad service and super...

Went to this McDonald's with my grandson ( went through the drive thru) They once again got the order wrong. The child's meal didn't include the toy. I had asked for extra toppings which were thrown into the wrapping on the outside of the burger. We had gone back for them to correct the order...we had to go into the restaurant. While we were waiting a small girl ( bigger than my grandson) pushed him so hard into the counter he fell backwards and walked his head) the man with the child didn't offer an apology. McDonald's staff said the girl.is autistic. And is in there all the time. And they know of how she acts. If that's the case she should be carried and watched at all time so she can't harm herself and other children..not left unattended do do as she pleases. We will not go back to this restaurant as the staff clearly does nor care about their jobs or the orders they are preparing for people. The worst customer service we have ever received. Also the toys they advertise was not the toy...
