Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winnipeg

My wife and have been ordering from this location since we bought our house in the area 6 years ago and have never been disappointed until today!

One of my wife and Daughter's favorite items is the Cinnaparts dessert so we tend to order those with any order. This time though, they came very undercooked in the center to the point where the dough was just above raw.

When I called in to let them know, the young lady I spoke with apologized and said she would rush out a new order to us no charge and that it would be about 20 minutes ..... try 45 minutes instead. Oh and the new order? Yeah it was the same as the first order, Raw!

I called back again, this time upset, and asked for a manager. This guy was unprofessional, rude, and has no business speaking to customers. He was not apologetic. Had the nerve to say that I clearly had no idea how the dessert was supposed to be as they go through the same cycle each time and turn out the same (clearly not the case as we've never had this issue before). He offered to send out another order but I stated I wanted my money back instead for the parts, to which he did agree to.

This unprofessional excuse for a "manager" is the single reason that we will not be placing any more orders from...

Ordered four pizza’s 2 1/2 hours in advance and the store where the pizza would be deliverred from was picked for us and two hours later we got a call from the store telling us they would not deliver from our location and we had to go online and cancel the order, re-order the pizza’s again(paying twice) and wait up to TWO TO THREE DAYS for your money to be refunded.

The “Manager” refused to deliver the pizza’s which would have been a 10 minute drive, refused to at least transfer our order to another “closer” pizza hut and wanted us to fix pizza hut’s mistake and over two hours later we are left with no dinner, a HUGE hassle, a potential double bill and a manager that just hung up rather than dealing with pizza huts mistake.

I will now order from Domino’s app which has been flawless in past orders.

Honestly, If I could put a negative rating I would have. We went in today for a 6 yearolds birthday because she was super excited for pizza hut. The salad in the lunch buffet was literally lettuce and maybe one tomoatoe wedge cut into pieces. The service was horendous. One of out group ordered a wrap that literally was served to us once we had all finished eating and no one even checked in on us and didn't even offer him a discount for not punching his order in on time. I order pizza hut from my area all the time and I quite enjoy it. This location was terrible, mostly for the service which was very disappointing, the server didn't even go as far as wishing the little girl a happy birthday when we mentioned it to her upon...
