During my recent visit to McDonald's, I encountered an issue with my order. Raman, the drive-through worker, mistakenly charged me for someone else's order. When I informed her about the mistake, her response was rather impolite. She stated, "That's why we repeat the order." While I understand that errors can occur, it is crucial to handle them with professionalism and courtesy.
I kindly explained that I did not hear my order being repeated, emphasizing that I had no issue with the mistake itself. However, Raman continued to be disrespectful. I found their behavior to be quite rude and it really put a damper on my visit. I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved by another employee, and I received a refund.
I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, Raman fell short in that department. It's important for employees to treat customers with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a better experience for...
Read moreDONT VISIT MCDONALDS KENASTON MANAGERS DONT CARE ABOUT HEALTH CONCERNS!!!
Visited today to eat and let me daughter play in the play place. I realize there isn't much seating in the play area but parents should still look in on their children every few minutes. There were a couple kids not wearing socks (WHICH IS A HEALTH CONCERN!!!) after a couple of minutes of no adult coming to do something I grabbed my daughter and went to look for the adult that was with these kids. I looked around the whole restaurant did not see the adult so told an employee and they said they would get a manager.. either the employee did not tell a manager or a manager never came!! After waiting on the adult for these kids to pop in or the manager to come for at least 10 minutes I AGAIN packed up my daughter and looked for the adult to these kids first and found her. She got the kids and packed them up. It has now died down in the play place but still no manager came either way.. In no way was this addressed by anyone I am DISAPPOINTED...
Read moreI ordered through the mobile app a large iced coffee and 11 Splenda on the side, when I came to the drive through, Joey which I suppose is a manager in there said "if you want to order that much splenda you have to pay for it" I said the app says it's free and he replied with a disgusting tone "11 splenda for one drink? Really?" If the app itself says splenda packets are free and has a limit of 20 packets per order, why would you interfere and try to make me pay for something the app itself allowed? The app literally charges you a dollar for ONE SLICE of tomato if you want to add it in a sandwich, so mcdonalds knows very well what they were doing when they put no charge on splenda packets. I already paid through the app your job now is to give me the order not to try and create your own menu charges and fight with customers, learn to manage your anger instead of taking it out on...
