Red Swan Pizza - Winnipeg Regent Ave — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I ordered 3 large pizzas and a large garlic cheese sticks. Asked them to go based off my previous order as i always do. I go in to find out that whoever took my previous decided they were going to change up my entire order. Instead of putting in 3 of the 2 topper pizzas, they entered it in as a 3 large pizza deal with 3 toppings each which i never asked for. All that sorted out i left with my pizzas, to get home i open up my chicken pizza which i had specifically asked for bacon on had no bacon. I called the store and spoke to the lady who answered the phone and she spoke to her supervisor who refused to come on the phone and they offered to give me a credit for the one topping that they missed. I requested again to speak to the supervisor but then they hung up on me. I then called back and in was answered by a man named Gurpinder who from the get go was very rude to me and told me that he has every right to speak to me the way he was even though he was not the supervisor. He even told me to never go back to the store or ever call them to order a pizza from their store. So i decided to go back to the store which was a 20 minute drive to return my pizza and get a refund.... i walk in and the same guy (Gurpinder) confronts me and i ask for the supervisor who turns out to be the owner whose name is Matthew stands there and watches his employee still speak to us in a rude and disrespect my mother but would not take any action what so ever. I asked for an apology from the employee and the supervisor/owner said his employee had done nothing wrong and that if we do not leave he will call 911. I am not happy at with the way my mother and i got treated by the employees and the owner and at the end we were told that there was nothing wrong with the way we were spoken to and that he cannot do anything more than to tell us not to come back to his store ever again.

If i could i would give them 0 stars for their service that they gave us yesterday and will never be going back to them again.

In addition to the comment of the owner underneath. No effort was made to remake or replace the pizza or give me a free pizza. All they told me was that the next time i will be given 1 free topping of my choice. They told me i could take it...

The customer service at this location is horrible. If English is not your first language, they assume you are simply wasting their time. My husband called today and does not speak English much. When he inquired about pickup special, he asked for paneer on one side and chicken on another.

Employee said this way he will be charged for 3 toppings as both are premium toppings. It is very hideous that when you can have both toppings as pickup special on two different pizzas, why you can’t have them half and half on one. When he asked the same to guy he very rudely said we are very busy right now and can’t have a conversation right now. I assume if you guys simply can’t take orders or explain about the same on phone then don’t operate as a store who take orders over the phone.

Also, don’t assume the person who is going to spend money should not inquire and just proceed to pay you. Or if someone is asking questions is simply wasting your time when you have few orders from him in your system in the past. Work on your manners and...

MY WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A RESTAURANT MANAGER!

MATTHEW IS THE WORST RESTAURANT MANAGER I HAVE EVER DEALT SO FAR! HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DIFFUSE A DIFFICULT SITUATION. UBEREATS POSTED THAT THE TANDOORI CHICKEN PIZZA IS BUY 1, GET 1. WHEN I GOT THE ORDER, I WAS ONLY GIVEN ONE. I AM AWARE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE LYING TO A RESTAURANT JUST TO GET A DISCOUNT BUT I SWORE THAT ON UBEREATS WEBSITE, IT SAYS BUY 1, TAKE 1 FOR A TANDOORI PIZZA. I AM NOT GONNA WASTE MY TIME TO CALL THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY IF I AM LYING!

ADDENDUM: I SAW THE OWNER'S RESPONSE HERE AND I COULD TELL THAT HE IS ACCUSING ME OF NOT CAREFULLY CHECKING MY ORDERS. FOR THE OWNER'S INFORMATION, I CHECKED MY ORDER FOUR TIMES AT UBEREATS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER. I HAD MY COLLEAGUE TO DOUBLE CHECK AS WELL. THE OWNER TRULY DESERVES A POOR GOOGLE REVIEW.
