had an amazing experience here, literally stopped by for coffee but ended up staying a bit cause I really enjoyed the atmosphere!

I got the salted caramel coconut latte, one of the recommendations from the workers there & the triple cheese panini, I enjoyed it very much!

PROS • new cafe • strong & tasty coffee • open during pandemic with dine in! • clean & santized • staff is very friendly & helpful

CONS • location - literally at the corner of osborne & pembina, both intersections are always busy. • good luck trying to find parking, if you miss the right turn off of Osborne into the back lane there you'll be going around in circles for 15 mins trying to get in the building it's located in. • parking in the front only holds 7 cars max, there's no yellow paint to indicate parking at all.

I don't know where to start but here it goes. If you want a place where you want the experience to be clean, welcoming and a relaxed atmosphere well you have found the right place!

The beverage selection is amazing. London Fog is the best I've ever tasted in all coffee shops i have ever been to.

If you are looking for a good breakfast sandwich or even a soup to tie you over then you are in for a treat, again the best ive tasted in the city.

With such a great city location you have to try it out, you will not be disappointed.

When the owner is not busy with customers she is wiping the tables and the entrance door on a regular basis. Its very clean!!!!

We ordered two cups of coffee, one is caramel macchiato, the other one is cinnamon latte. Very taste, but if you are a coffee lover, my suggestion is to add one more espresso shot in. Coz they use very big mug for the large size, I guess too much milk to cover the coffee taste. But if you like sweet coffee, these are absolutely your best choices. We also shared one triple cheese panini, taste good, but the price is a little expensive, considering it only two pieces of bread and three thin slices cheese inside.
