Calzone was huge and delicious, but the cheese was not melted completely so could have been heated a little longer. Pepperoni Cheese sticks didn't have much pepperoni on it. Wife says that the Salt and Pepper (bone-in) Chicken Wings were good and she ate them all. Other than that, staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. UPDATE Added a 4th star because Pizza Hotline obviously cares about customer feedback. I posted the review above and they sent a nice reply within an hour.👍👍Definitely will be ordering from there again! I just want to clarify my remark about the cheese in the calzone not being melted. There are 2 things that I based this on. 1) I am used to my wife's calzones and she puts a lot of cheese in mine and she cooks them at a lower temperature for longer. 2) Pizza Hotline has a lot of satisfied customers and that is because pizza ovens are made to cook pizzas fast in order to serve more customers faster, which they do cook the tops and bottoms faster. Unfortunately at no fault to Pizza Hotline calzones need to be cooked a little longer at a lower temperature in order for the inside to cook properly and it is not like they can turn the pizza ovens down to cook 1 calzone when they have a dozen+ pizza orders waiting. They actually burnt the outside of the first calzone they made for me and an employee came up and showed it to me and offered to make a fresh one for me. I was just going to take the burnt one but she talked me into letting them cook a fresh one for me, which they did, in less than 5 minutes from the moment they started making it. The outside was a golden brown colour like it should be. At no fault to them the cheese inside wasn't melted properly as they can not control the pizza ovens heat. I don’t usually complain about restaurants but I couldn’t help but do so today. We ordered 4 large regular crust pizzas. When we received them, the dough was undercooked and white. There was barely and sauce on the pizza itself and when we came back to bring our order back, the employees argued with us and told us that everything with the pizza was fine but then they quickly changed their story and said that they didn’t have time to allow the dough to rise. They didn’t offer any resolution besides a refund and didn’t take any accountability for serving undercooked food to us. They simply told us that they didn’t have enough time to let the dough rise and had to cook it as it was which sounds like a health code violation. There is absolutely no excuse when you knowingly sell food that isn’t up to standards. We ordered pizza for a family dinner event and ended up having to postpone all of our plans to go find a different restaurant that gave us fully cooked food instead of the questionable pizza that we got at this location. Good location. Parking is not great even if they have dedicated spots available. There are other business in the mall so it could be problem sometimes.i like when they leave stalls available unlike others pizza places they have dedicated spots acquired by their own vehicles either delivery or their private vehicle.
