Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and it was a satisfying experience overall. The restaurant has a familiar, comfortable atmosphere that strikes a good balance between casual dining and fast service. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of pizzas, pasta dishes, wings, and sides, catering to both traditional and more adventurous tastes.

For the pizza itself, I opted for the classic Pepperoni Pan Pizza. The crust was golden and crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside — a signature feature of their pan pizza. The pepperoni was generously spread out, and the mozzarella cheese was melty and gooey, as it should be. The sauce had a nice tangy sweetness that complemented the savory toppings well.

Unbelievable. At a loss for words. We ordered online and waited for 45 mins before calling down to the restaurant, wondering where our order was. The woman who answered said that it showed the order was delivered. We had not received a phone call or even a knock at the door.

I went outside to check... No pizza. We told her and she said she would check with her driver and call us back. We waited ten minutes, no call back. So we tried calling them back and was on hold for 20 mins, but no one answered. Just on a whim, we decided to check outside our door again and found the pizza sitting there. Again, there was no phone call or knock on the door to let us know that it was sitting there.

Brought it inside and found the receipt sitting inside one of the boxes on top of the pizza itself, which of course by now was cold. Finally, the dough on one of the pizzas was undercooked. I don't think I've ever received such poor service or product before. I see I'm not the only one who has a bad experience from this location either. I will NOT be ordering from this...

This franchise is a disgusting joke ..the owners and staff are absolutely ignorant and rude ..ordered food was told 30 40 minutes ..no problem...wait an hour and 10 mins ..make a call..was lied to about delivery driver coming to door (we have cameras)..was told the driver called and the store called ..ZERO MISSED CALLS...was told the order was canceled..by who I asked ? They don't know was the answer..was told I gave a wrong address yet was read back the right address and phone number...asked for them to re send out the order and they can pay for the meal considering I've waited over an hour and then what ever time they decide to take to actually come to my door with actual food..was told I'd still have to pay for the meal..as far as I'm concerned I will never give this franchise my business ever again..I suggest anyone else do the same.. you can definitely find a better option for dining and supporting a business that cares for those that keep them in business ...SHUT THIS PLACE...
