Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I ordered an XL veggie pizza on Monday at 10:21 pm for delivery and received it around 11:05 pm. I gave a $5 tip to the driver since I’ve worked in the food industry for two years and i know they don't get paid enough . However, when I opened the box, I found a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni instead of the veggie one I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant but couldn’t reach anyone. After 9 attempts, I finally spoke to a customer support representative who was rude. When I asked for a discount on my next order, she argued and said she could only offer a 50% refund or remake the pizza. The replacement pizza arrived at 11:46 pm, and it was good. Later, someone from the store called and assured me I’d get a discount on my next order. When I called again today to place the new order, I was told I’d receive $5 off, and the total would be around $20. When the pizza arrived, the total was $25.23. I called back to ask why the price was higher, and they explained the employee had forgotten to include taxes and delivery charges. When I said I wouldn't accept the pizza and would file a complaint, the person on the phone just told me to go ahead. The pizza is good, but their customer service leaves a lot...

Well, they do call it Pizza Pizza, not Poutine Poutine which should have been my warning. We got a side of poutine and honestly the worst excuse for poutine I've ever had. The fries were soggy, the cheese fully melted into a mass and the gravy a clot atop the mound of sodden potatoes. Nearly inedible. It also wasn't ready to go on time but I'm not going to fuss about that given I was barely there in the half hour window myself.

The cauliflower bites were okay. The garlic bread was really good but I wish it said it would be 5 pieces! I really only wanted one or two. Definitely saved this order of extras that weren't pizza. The funnel cake fries were okay too but would have liked them to be dusted in icing sugar and maybe have a smaller portion available.

Should have got pizza I guess.

The attendant at the front was nice but the shop was very busy so there was a little wait due to other customers. Shop was clean at least! And it had an Amazon pickup box,...

I used to get wings from here all the time, I ordered them to be tossed and sauced and hot sauce, and then spent extra money for extra toss and sauce in hot sauce, and I got back these super dry wings, like seriously. It looks like maybe there is a tablespoon of hot sauce at most on all these wings, so it basically just makes it like dry wings, I can get dry wings anywhere, I can go to the Sobeys or no frills or superstore and just buy wings and bake them and get the exact same thing, you don't spend $30 on 20 wings from a restaurant because you want them to be delicious and having a certain flavor and then get this dry crap. This happened to last like two times I ordered from here and I'm probably not going to order from here ever again. Because of this, it didn't even have the one tossed and sauce and hot sauce, never mind the second additional toss and sauced and hot sauce that I paid extra for, these wings...
