I will never use Swan Pizza again. Phoned directly to the restaurant at 1 p.m. yesterday to place my order requesting a 5 p.m. delivery. At 5:20 I called back to find out where my order was. The guy told me there was no order. I told him I phoned it in at 1:00. He put me on hold and claims to have talked to the guy who was working the phones at 1:00 The guy told him I didn't place an order. Basically told me I was lying, that I had said I'd phone back. The 1st guy and I had gone over my order 3 times, confirming the 5:00 delivery. No way to treat your customer. Did not try at all to rectify the problem. I will be telling everyone I can to not use Swan Pizza as their customers have no value to them at all and they can't seem to handle a simple phone-in order.

I will never trust your company again, and today I made sure to tell everyone I spoke with how I was treated and to never order from you. Read moreI ordered a large wings and 2 pizzas on the website for delivery, they delivered a small wings to me. I called and they said they would delivered another wings to me , but they went to a wrong place (not my address). I do not know why they cannot check my address as I ordered through their official website. Then, I requested for a refund, the staff Patel said they would do it when their manager were there and promised it would be done within 24 hours. After two days, I still cannot get my refund back. When I called them, they said they cannot process the refund and ask me to visit the store for the refund. I ordered the delivery online and paid online, I ordered delivery because I do not have a car, but now they asked me to travel to the store in person. It is ridiculous and unacceptable. Poor service.
Four days later, I got to the store and got back my refund in cash for the wings. Which I used $8 for taking transport and spent 1 hour (half hour to and half hour back) to get back my $17 dollars refund. The store also offered to waive my delivery fee for the next order. Unfortunately, I am not going to order with them again.

Toppings are reasonable quality, if clearly prepackaged rather than fresh, and the sheer variety available is noteworthy and good. This is not a criticism: toppings here are clearly not the cheapest option available to the company -- no complaints on quality; just be aware it's chain pizza, not "like Nonna used to make."
Crust is light and tasty, not at all leathery as other chains can be; the sesame seeds are a nice touch and help this be excellent next-day pizza, heated in the oven. Gluten-free crust is tasty and buttery; quite a nice surprise, and done well.
Overall, definitely recommend over other chain or franchise pizza, but if you've got a local place that uses real or fresh or stuff less obviously from Cisco or a similar mass provider, you might want to stick with them if they cost about the same and are...
