I had massage in this place from RMT Sarah and it was the most terrible massage I ever had. I wanted to get an full hour massage but it was so horrible so I cut it in to half an hour massage and she Sarah swear in Chinese on her way out. actually I can understand Chinese a bit. Also she put bunch of oils on my back and didn't even bring me Towle to clean it. It's my first time in Winnipeg from work and wanted to relax but this place ruined my day. Also you know they sent copy of my receipt in to PNG file which means just photo not PDF so thanks to them I gotta have to convert it to PDF myself. Rude service and terrible RMT. This place is a gem! Incredibly courteous and attentive staff, they made us feel very welcome and cared for. The rooms are even better in person, each one is definitely unique from the others, the spa is very clean, the complimentary beverages are a nice touch as well.
