Although I had discovered that they sold Natto during quarantine and got the hang of the stinky beans (definitely an acquired taste), love them more then when i first started eating them (It was gross at the beginning, but its healthy for you), but its hard to get sometimes. The staff is very rude. They need to undergo retraining. My family has been regular customers of this store since 2013, spending between $300 and $800 per month. However, about two weeks ago, my father had numerous items to purchase, so he placed them in a paper box at the store for convenience. When a staff member noticed, instead of politely addressing the situation, he abruptly demanded my father to purchase a plastic bag from the counter. Then, without any regard, he tore the box in front of my father and discarded it. Furthermore, he made disrespectful comments in his language. On Oct 24th 1:30pm，my husband was threaten with a butcher knife 🔪 by the owner of the butcher who claims he is the owner of the store. We were yelled by the truck driver in the beginning for parking spot so we went in to the store to complain. The owner wearing glasses starting yelling with out even listen to us. He start to pull out his Bucher knife beside him on the counter threaten my husband that he will stab him through with it the knife is very long about 50cm.
