Ordered food yesterday and the delivery service they use is Uber eats. Long story short the driver couldn’t find our address (most have not heard of this cool thing called maps). Literally will take you to your location once you put the address in. The Uber eats driver returned our order to the restaurant but marked it as delivered. So imagine how annoying and frustrating that is to pay money for an order and be waiting an hour for it.My friend who ordered the food was dismissed my the employees when she ended up calling to see what was going on and they basically said not our problem and to call Uber eats. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the conversation was not going as I liked and no resolution was in sight. I basically was told that I need to call Uber eats and we would get refunded. Imagine you just spent your last $60 on food here and you now have no money for food because of this because refunds take 24-48 hours to process. I basically told the manager I wanted the food we had ordered and I wasn’t going to take no as an answer. He said we could order the food again and I told him I would not be spending another $60. The food was going in the garbage. The manager finally rectified the situation after I let him know what the ramifications were if he didn’t. He totally did me a solid and made the situation right. Please do not waste your time or money with Uber eats. They are terrible and the people who work There can’t even get your orders to you or follow...
Read moreMy partner ordered Qdoba for us (which she normally goes there). And she got herself a hot & sweet chicken bowl (chicken was burnt) as I received a “steak” burrito bowl. As I was eating my burrito, I noticed I haven’t had a bite of steak yet and I thought maybe they barely put any and it’ll be at the very bottom, was I wrong, they did not even put ANY STEAK! My partner wasn’t watching carefully on them making my burrito as they were making her bowl the same time so she was watching that. Her app wasn’t working either so she just asked the staff to put the receipt in the bag, they did not do that. She also ordered at 6:50 so it’s not like they were closing or busy on a Sunday evening. Very disappointed in the service. The last time we ordered from this Regent location, we ordered chips and queso and they gave such little portion of chips (mind you I used to work at Qdoba so I knew it was below what you’re suppose to give). The Regent location service for the past few times we went hasn’t been great and with the price we’re paying it’s ridiculously we aren’t getting the right quantity, let alone LEAVE OUT THE MEAT then charge us. I will NOT return to this location and will not recommend to anyone. Disgrace to the Qdoba franchise...
Read moreWhat a horrible food experience for take out if I ever had one. If I could give them a zero, I would. But the service was mediocre and very monotonous from the young girl that served probably 50 ppl before us, citing the same required script like lingo when asking about proteins and toppings. I understand that it can be tedious at times, but service with a smile doesn't cost you anything but your own efforts to make a dinner's experience one to remember. And if I could suggest NOT packaging up your Cheesy Crusted Quesadillas in a bowl that's got a lid so that you can ensure it stays "Crusted" and not turn itself into a mushy hot mess that leaves very little gusto to the appetite (as seen in photo) and perhaps use one of those two open sided paper sleeves and keep the food item flat instead of piked on top of each other, then this dinner's food would be more enjoyable (and maybe a teensy bit crusted) 😒 I mean after spending $65 and change, I definitely thought it would have been a much better meal than it became. Sat in my fridge after I couldn't eat it, then went into the garbage a few days later. Would not recommend doing take out. Dine in...maybe. but not for another $65 👎🏽👎🏽 from the...
