Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Today first time I visited the restaurant and it was a first visit for me in quesada and was curious about how it would be but I am very disappointed with their staff service because I ordered a veg. Bowl for me and when i asked to that guy for extra veggies and sauce who was serving me then he said you have to pay extra for that even if I am getting only veg. Bowl and have to pay extra for veg. And sauces it’s wierd. He filled my bowl with veggies only half way of its size and he was putting little little veggies. I don’t recommend to anyone to visit this location ever again. If you want to save your veggies and sauce and charging me $12 for half bowl then not worth it at all. I never seen that any restaurant charge for extra veg. Was really craving a burrito and thought to give this place a try. Ordered through Skip on my way home from school on the bus and was left on the processing and accepting screen for 30 minutes. This screen told me that the order had not been accepted by the restaurant and so I waited some more but was running out of time to wait, as I had places to be. I called the store thinking that maybe their tablet wasn't working but when the lady picked up, she responded very rudely that their machine was in-fact working and that they were already doing two orders. I asked her why it was saying they hadn't accepted the order and she said she didn't know and then hung up. I don’t usually give reviews but thought people should know because my experience after spending over $20 was not good. First, who made my food was rude and seemed rushed that I was taking a bit to decide. It was my first time there so I maybe I did take a while but I was the only one there. I wanted some options but I could see the bin was empty. Was surprised she asked I wanted some and was about to grab this soggy old lettuce without offering to refill it. Next, I decided to eat in and was surprised to not find a clean table in sight. I sat at dirty table at my food and was gone quick. Ingredients did not taste fresh rice was very stale and chicken dry. What I really didn’t understand was that an employee was cleaning the outside window with how dirty the place was.
