Red Swan Pizza - Winnipeg St. James St. — Restaurant in Winnipeg

We were staying near wpg airport and wanted some very fast pizza, and saw online this place was very close, so tried to order.Hard to order online as they do not have delivery, and I have no delivery accounts, so I finally got onto their site, ordered, and drove down to pick them up. Wasn't quite ready, but only took another 10 minutes. Worth waiting for I tell you! Ordered thin crust, which is not as thin as most other places, but it was good. Loved the sesame on the outer edge crust, AWESOME! Didn\t expect it to be that good. Love the sauce flavour, and there was a good amount of it, not just the brushed on stuff so many places do these days. Pepperoni was great tasting, but the green pepper I ordered were so finely chopped up, I could not taste them. I would definetily go back for more of this brand. Service...

Pizza taste like curry in the sauce on the ham and pineapple. Dislike that. Maybe cross contamination using same spoon to sauce specialty pizzas. Wasn’t impressed. Noticed the dark old grade 3 mushrooms they use. Friend worked at a supplier and informed me the grades. Pretty much bad or almost bad product. I could tell the peppers were same low quality on the Italian pizza. Seeds on crust are fine. Pizzas are cooked well. Parking lot is crappy to access and full of debris uneven and not the greatest to maneuver. Waited over 5 min for someone to decide and make an order. They need someone else at the front getting orders out. My order was ready but literally waited had warm pizza when we got home. Unorganized and would deter me from stopping busy times. I recently ordered a pizza from this place, my experience was far bad than what I had expected . I specifically asked for BBQ sauce pizza, but instead, I got a pizza with a completely different base sauce. The flavour was totally off, and it threw off the whole vibe of the pizza. It's frustrating when something as simple as the sauce is messed up, especially when I had clearly ordered exactly what I wanted. The rest of the pizza was not good due to this, but the sauce mishap really ruined the experience. The sad part about it was I informed the worker there and he tried pinning it on me as my fault.I hope they pay more attention to special requests in the future as this detail messed up my experience.
