Starbucks — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I understand things can definitely get busy at fast food restaurants however, this is never an excuse for poor quality of food or customer service. I ordered a grande drink and needed a substitute for the coconut milk. The drink regularly came with due to an allergy. I informed the cashier this and double checked twice to make sure they had made the change from coconut milk to whole milk. There was a wait time she informed me AFTER Ordering of about 20 minutes. If I had been informed before, I wouldn’t have waited, but I had already given them my money, so I had no choice. Waited 25 minutes (I timed it) To discover they had made my drink with coconut milk. I tried to get the barista’s attention, but she waved me off, saying I would have to wait in line. I Pursuing her saying that they had made my drink wrong, and that would give me an allergic reaction. That got her attention. She said she would remake it, but they would be a wait time and I said that I shouldn’t have to wait since they should’ve made it right originally. They did remake it, However, she decide to fill the ice to the brim of the cup probably out of frustration towards me still inexcusable. Took about four sips of my eight dollar drink and it was gone. I always get foamy drink even if I tell them no foam when I order. I was bearing with them as they are always busy but when I came last time, the barista who made my drink was extremely rude. When I tasted my drink, it was again too foamy so I told him that I ordered no foam and he said, "no, there's no foam." right away. I opened the lid and made my friend taste my drink and showed it to him. Then he gave me a very rude look and started to bang stuff to steam more milk. As soon as he finished steaming milk, he almost threw the drink to me so I told him that there's still lots of foam since you didn't get rid of that. He took the foam out, getting upset and threw the drink to me again which was still hot. I'm sorry if I bother him but I was asking nicely and I wouldn't have had to ask him if he made my drink right first time. My drink ended up tasting just milk after all this. Went today for birthday drink. The girl who took my order was friendly but seems like she ordered my drink slightly wrong, the bar girl made my drink incorrect according to the label says but when I pointed that out, the bar girl dumped the wrong drink immediately without arguing or asking and remade the drink, however you can feel and see the bar girl was very impatient and not very friendly when she had to remake the drink. I get the staff are busy and grumpy because of this, but this is not customers fault and I pointed out very nicely and even told her that I know you’re busy and I do appreciate it.
