I asked for a minute to get my app open to see what the offers are. Ivwas asked 3 times what i would like to order. I kept asking for minute please. I can understand if this was at a busy time of day or a line up, but it was not. Approximately 9:10 pm I asked for a large iced capp. When I got to the Cashier's window, she asked for payment which i has my app open. As soon as it scanned she went to hand me a large iced capp that was not made correctly i my opinion. Again if i was busy I may have let it go by as that. I dont think there was one customer in the store at that time. Isaid I would not accept it like that. I was given an explanation that it was correct. I said ok i would like a refund. I was asked why? I said that it was not how i am accustomed to getting my large iced capp. I was given excuses that this is where they fill it up at this store. I said, okay, and I was still requesting a refund. She talked with another co worker and said ok she then went to give me the refund and then pulled it back and said she needs to talk to her manager amd closed the window. She came back after 5 minutes and asked me i wanted the drink or a refund. I said I waiting for my refund. So you dont want the drink. I said no I am wanting the refund. She told me that I can come back in the morning amd speak with the manager. I said I will not be waiting til the morning for a refund and why would I be made to do that? She gave me...
Read moreMy wife and I came up to visit Winnipeg from the US state of Iowa about a month ago to support our kind Canadian neighbours. This was our first time at a Tim Hortons. The coffee and assorted Timbits were good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was comfortable. They had couches to relax on, and I was able to charge my phone. I really appreciated the cozy environment here. Our nearby hotel had a planned power outage for maintenance that they didn't bother telling us about other than us noticing a sign at the check in desk when we arrived. The power outage also went on for more than an hour beyond what we were told. Fortunately, I was able to get a discount on my hotel stay. And thanks to Tim Hortons, I was able to relax with some coffee and Timbits, charge my phone in a building with functioning electricity, and experience some Canadian...
Read moreDrive thru is definitely faster except at lunch time. The drive thru is backed up for at least 10 vehicles. Inside service is horrible. They focus on the drive thru. So people inside wait and wait. People walk out like I have. Same person at times dying drive thru and counter. Today my farmers wraps were cold. Bees were landing on the donuts. Very dangerous to customers. Shelves for donuts etc were almost empty. I don't care for the way they answer when in the drive thru What happened to the phrase.... Welcome to Tim Hortons can I take your order. No one does it anymore. Why? Who trains these workers? After reading all these reviews I must say friends of employees or employees are writing these good reviews. If you like waiting and being ignored this Tim Hortons is for you. I only go here...
